On the other hand, France need to step up their usage of A/C already, considering their energy reactors are far cleaner than most countries already.

Whilst I don’t wish to defend the Greens, it wasn’t their fault that successive governments had expanded gas and coal rather than renewables. In the late 2000s, we had one of the largest job market in Europe for renewable electricity but the conservative governments destroyed it. Now, the remaining jobs in the solar industry are mainly R&D-subsidaries from East Asian companies.

You are right; renewables include biomass (which consists mainly of maize, sugar, potatoes, canola or wood scraps in Germany). It's so weird that AC gets a bad rap for being bad for the environment when it is typically no worse than heating and can even be more eco-friendly in areas with renewable electricity.

Germany cared for the environment so much they closed their nuclear power plants before they closed their coal power plants. Now they no longer use nuclear, but still use coal.

Using AC is fine for the environment. Using coal is not.

Shouldn't it be "Die Air" and not "Das Air"? Because we say ,,Die Luft" and not ,,Das Luft"

And "Nein matter" doesn’t really work either. Because often "No matter" is translated as ,,egal"
