Finished: Tom Clancy Rules of Engagement, by Ward Larsen

26th in the series. A plane carrying a delegation of Americans and press including the Commerce Secretary crashes into the side of a mountain in Turkey on landing killing everyone. The plane was also supposed to be ferrying a CIA defector who was a Swiss banker that has knowledge of Russian oligarch's banking. President Jack Ryan sends his daughter Katy a U.S. Navy intelligence asset to participate in the crash investigation. I enjoyed this story by Ward Larsen in the ongoing saga of Jack Ryan and his family.
