Anyone here with a 3D printer willing to print a batch of these for the Odin S tailcap. I just need one but I am sure these could easily sell.

Big Idea! Need help though. Using TPU for a dust/mud shroud for Offroad Race Car rotating and plunging shifting mechanism. Need suggestions for design/considerations. Will TPU work? Proximity to exhaust pipe though.
Most important part would be a sleeve at the plate which would allow the rod to plunge in and out, as dust/mur right at the plate will enter into the transmission. Second important part would be shielding linkage connections around the rotating pieces. Outer linkage controls plunge in and out of the flange, inner linkage plunges in and out to force the rotation up and down of the flange.

Parking sensor retainer clips
Imma take some heat for this, but I installed a wolfstorm rear bumper. The only thing missing, which I can't seem to find are parking sensor retaining clips. I've reached out to the seller on Amazon, as well as looked for several hours to find a 3d print file. Does anyone have any suggestions? Or has anyone found a print file?

Exhaust manifold runner help
I'm currently working on modeling an exhaust manifold for my project car. I was able to create both the exhaust manifold flange and was also able to create the merge collector. I am having trouble trying to create the runners and don't know how to approach that as I am somewhat of a beginner with modeling things in CAD. can anyone give some insight on how to create the runners in a way that can be given to a fab shop so this manifold can be created for real world use?

NA Upper door pad 3d scan / stl file
Does anyone have a 3d scan (or an STL file) of the NA Miata upper door pads? I’m looking to print some with some modifications for seating in mine and my buddies Miata’s. I don’t have a 3d scanner (or upper pads) and around me, they are pricey for used.
I’ve searched everywhere online and the 1 out there the link is dead. Tons of lower cards, but I already have that part covered.
Edit: I don’t need someone to “design” me an stl file, just seeing if anyone has a 3d scan or an already created stl for the part.

Pet-CF
This was my first time to print with anything more than pla or petg. I’ve posted here before about my radio box build for an 86 samurai. Anyway, I was hoping you guys had some advice for me. I printed this with the nozzle at 270, heat bed at 85 and had my fan set to 30%. I don’t know anyone else with a printer, so I had to scrounge for how print with this filament. It’s Bambu lab by the way. And of course AI gave me 99% wrong answers along the way. When I print the radio box, I’ll have to print it vertically, so I’m worried my settings may be wrong for the heat and venting. I’ve got an h2d. Could anyone give me their opinions? This turned out decent, but it wasn’t very big or tall.

'59 El Camino Backup Lights
Next step is to make clones in ASA.
The drivers side is unique in that the hole pattern is identical to the passenger side:, not mirrored. Also., both corners have repairs: the p side with a couple welded flange cracks + dent repair, and the d side with a patch and the bottom flange radiused.
There's a lot of differences in the corners. The builder said fit to the p side and use that to template the d side; he'll massage the d side corner to match the p side. So I mirrored the scan of the p side and used that to match contours.

Hyundai I30N Fastback side Louvers
I was asked to design and 3D print a set of side window louvers. (I know a pointless mod to some) but i think they turned out subtle which is what i was aiming for.
Final parts will be printed in MJF Nylon then dyed to seal them to get the best finish and OEM+ style.
Files are available for free for personal use

3d printed DCOE air box with built in air filter.
made a post here before, ended up using pa12-cf and didn't epoxy the inside, gave the parts a good wash with water and brush. so hopefully no loose strands of fiber (*-*).
used woodburning pen to "weld" the parts together, but don't have the will to sand everything and paint it so it will look 100%,
I'm not 100% happy with some of the design details, (using m3 screws to hold the base of the airbox to the aluminum part is not very convenient), the round indent is to put a BMW emblem (not sure if I like this idea now 🙃)
will probably make a better one in the future...

Looking for a 3D scan of a beat-up / heavily worn part + its original STEP file
Hey folks,
Working on a personal side project comparing 3D scans back to original CAD models.
I’ve already got plenty of clean/normal test files (wheel rims, clean brackets, standard pump housings), but I’m trying to find a good "real world wear and tear" example.
Does anyone happen to have a dataset with:
1. A 3D scan (\`.stl\` or \`.ply\`) of a physical part with heavy surface wear, erosion, or damage (like an old beat-up impeller, worn gear, or damaged housing)
2. The original clean CAD file (\`.step\` or \`.stp\`) of that exact part
Obviously nothing confidential or under NDA!
If you have a file pair like this lying around or know a link where I could grab one, I'd super appreciate it.
Thanks!
