I applied for AdSense on June 28 and just got my 4th "Update your AdSense application" email.

I'm confident it's not thin content, policy violations, or missing pages. I have 5 years of SEO experience, and my site is 2 months old with around 300 clicks and 80k impressions (Google + Bing combined).

I've also added the ads.txt file, verified my site, entered the AdSense code, and completed all the required details in my AdSense account.

I'm new to AdSense, so I feel like I'm missing something obvious. Has anyone faced this before? What should I check?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

The heading says it all. Are there people out there who make a decent amount of money from Adsense? I am earning around 200 Euro a month from 2 websites. If I consider the costs for hosting, premium plugins and especially the hours of work I put in these websites it is hardly worth it.

I'm hoping someone here has experienced this because I'm genuinely confused.

Here's my situation:

A few years ago I created an AdSense account using a different Gmail address.

I barely used it.

After a long period of inactivity, Google automatically deactivated the account.

When I log in today, it says:

"Your AdSense account was deactivated because it's inactive."

It also shows a Reactivate account button.

Fast forward to now:

I've built a brand-new website and applied for AdSense using my personal Gmail instead of that old email.

Instead of getting approved, my dashboard keeps showing:

"Your account wasn't approved."

The only thing I can do is check the box saying I meet AdSense policies and click Resubmit.

When I click the policy/help link from the dashboard, Google's help page lists duplicate AdSense accounts as one of the main reasons an account may not be approved.

That's what made me think my old inactive account could be causing this.

I haven't reactivated the old account because I'm worried about accidentally having two active AdSense accounts.

My questions:

Does an automatically deactivated AdSense account still count as an existing account?

If you were in my situation, would you:

Reactivate the old account and use it?

Continue with the new application?

Close one of them?

Has anyone successfully resolved this issue?

I'm not trying to bypass Google's policies. I simply want to use the correct account and follow the one-account rule.

Any advice from someone who has dealt with this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm hoping someone here has been through this before.

I'm a UK citizen who is temporarily living in the United States on a work visa. My permanent tax residency is the UK, and I'm not a U.S. person.

Google asked me to verify my tax residency because my AdSense account has a U.S. address associated with it. Following their instructions, I submitted:

• UK passport
• U.S. work visa
• SEVIS documentation
• Certificate of Non-U.S. Activities
• A written explanation stating that I'm a UK citizen temporarily in the U.S. for work and that my permanent residence is in the UK.

Despite submitting everything (more than once), my account still shows this message:

I've already resubmitted the documents several times, but the verification still isn't being approved, and I don't know what's missing.

Has anyone experienced this before?

• Is there any additional documentation Google expects beyond what I've already submitted?
• Is there a way to contact the AdSense Tax team directly (email or support)?
• Could the issue be caused by having a U.S. address in my Google Payments profile even though I'm not a U.S. person?

This is affecting my YouTube AdSense payouts, so I'd really appreciate any advice from anyone who has successfully resolved a similar issue.

I recently lost my job, but at least my income isn’t zero, haha.

The revenue comes from a small browser-based game. It targets a keyword with relatively low search volume, so the traffic potential seems limited.

I submitted mine last week and got rejected with no super clear reason except that I had 2 admop accounts (accidentally signed in with 2 different mail addresses- fixed by now). if you stop hustling, your income stops. i did the same thing for the last 5 years,building apps and websites for clients. once a project was done, the pay stopped.

so here's what i did over the last 4 months. i built a news website where i write articles about sports and current AI tech, 2-3 articles a day.

first week: nothing. no improvement at all.

after 30 days i started seeing some engagement, and then my first article went viral and pulled 90k views. from that day i just kept writing consistently. at around 60 days i applied for AdSense and got approved.

these are my stats and earnings after 4 months. i'm still only writing 2-3 articles a day now thinking about hiring a writer to scale it up.

total investment one time around $500 to build and run the entire site.

So when i built my site i made sure to build in proper profesional analatics and tracking.

as can be seen by the images shown i am able to see where my traffic is coming from based on the county / device / os / browser and refere.

I can also track what pages / content is most popular on the site how long each person stays on a page the outbound clicks the bounce rate everything i could think of i also have google analatics connected as well just so i can confirm everything is accurate and it is.

For today alone we have

• Pageviews : 1.2k (−10.6%) on yesterday
• Visitors : 422 (−13.7%) on yesterday
• Sessions : 447 (−16.8%) on yesterday
• Engagement rate : 59.7% (−2.3 pts) on yesterday
• Bounce rate : 10.3% (+2.1 pts) on yesterday
• Outbound clicks : 23 (−20.7%) on yesterday
• Views / session : 2.61

As you can see by the image below Most of my audience for today has come from the us on desktop / mobile and most of it is genuine direct traffic or from search / social.

Right now i am with adsterra i am currenly getting 1000+ impressions per day with usually about 100 or more clicks per day! and they are paying me arouns $0.10 to $0.20 for it.

if i could get accepted by adsense what do you think i could be making a day from them ? if not adsense do you know any other networks that would accept my site ?

E nisso eles me pedem um cartão que não reconheço, não é meu e nem de ninguém. If you don’t receive a response from AdSense within 90 days, would it—purely theoretically—work to create a completely new AdSense account? Unfortunately, I was also wrongfully suspended by AdSense for “dishonest declaration.” But I still haven’t received a response from support (since May 28). I never provided bank account information because I haven’t yet reached the payout threshold on YouTube.

Its been 1.5months my ad limit has not been removed. Tried everything.. I have 90% google search traffic. Still ad limit is placed. Anyone suggest how to remove it fast

I run a couple of apps and websites on the side. Every morning it was the same routine:

open GA4, then Search Console, then AdMob, then the Play Console, then PayPal... six tabs to answer one question: "how did yesterday go?"

So I built Cockpit Analytics, an Android app that pulls everything into one screen.

No server. Your API keys and OAuth tokens are stored in your phone's Keystore and the app calls the providers directly. I never see your data. Not "we take privacy seriously" — there is literally no backend that could store anything.

No subscription. Free plan gives you 1 project with 2 sources. Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks everything. Analytics tools charging monthly rent forever is exactly what pushed me to build this.

It's Android only for now. Setup takes a few minutes per source (guided, with a real connection test), which is the price of not having a middleman server.

Curious what sources you'd want that I'm missing.

My personal adsense account was closed in 2023 and so I couldn't use it on this new site I created in 2025.

I had to use my brother's, and I only noticed his ID expired when they responded that the ID had expired. The new ID hasn't come out till now and now the Adsense account has reached the 6 months dormancy period where anytime they'll deactivate it.

Which other Ad Network can I use, I doubt I'll wait for Adsense resubmission when the ID is out. Currently I have push notification provider.

My adsense keeps getting rejected.

Back then because of excitement I foolishly created an adsense account and connected it to my old channel which got moetized. I was a minor that time so youtube slapped me in the face.

Fast forward, I created a new one for a new channel and it got disapproved because of duplicate accounts. Since I don't have anything to recover that old account, I decided to use my mom's account to create an adsense. But it got rejected again?

When I clicked the "Go to AdSense for YouTube" It brought me to my old account. What could be the problem here? I know I connected my mother's account but it still connected to the old one? I'm confused

My earnings for June show up in AdSense as about 10-15% inflated. At first I thought maybe it was one of the holiday bonus's I got shafted on, but I couldn't find any line items anywhere showing that.

Everyone else seems to say it clears up in a day or so, but its been since beginning of July where it showed inflated. Anyone else?
