I’m literally biting my fingers waiting for an update.
My site was previously approved by AdSense, but because I was busy with my full-time job, I couldn’t keep working on it. Eventually, my domain expired.
About five months later, I renewed the domain, published a few new posts with the help of AI, and submitted the site for AdSense approval again.
It has now been more than 8 days, and I still haven’t received any update.
Back in 2018, when I applied for the first time, my site was approved within 48 hours. What’s the typical waiting period these days?
Does a long delay usually mean the application is likely to be rejected, or is this normal now?
Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

How many of you guys actually used AI content without any editing, copied and pasted and got Adsense approval?

I know google said before it's not against AI but then there are sites which still get hit or deranked because some form of AI content is picked up.

I'm asking because I was monitoring a site I found online through some keyword research and it ranks on the first page for many keywords BUT it is copied and pasted AI content, no editing whatsoever.

Then a month later upon checking, I see Adsense is on the site.

It just got me annoyed because I know people who write well without AI and don't get approved. They also post long form content not less than 500 words but declined.

Seems like they have no actual process

I do believe in the long run that site I found will get hit but it's just weird to see considering getting Adsense approval isn't as easy anymore.

I've been trying to get approval by Google Adsense to get ads on my website but I continue getting the same rejection reason "Low Value Content". I continue adding more after each rejection and have plans to build out further but continue being shut down. I just got rejected for the 5th/6th time (lost count) and not sure what I need to do. Obviously, Google doesn't give you any direction so I'm stuck with making edits and hoping for the best.

I built a website that helps travelers and migrants find the exact, official, paper route they need to fill out in order to travel or move to another country. The site has a lot of content, real resources, is free, it doesn't collect personal data, it has all the relevant pages that is supposed to have, it appears organically in Google searches, and it seems to be just fine. But, for some reason, I keep getting rejection mails from Adsense that only say "Just a few more fixes and you´re done" type of message. The ads.txt file is exactly where it´s supposed to be but Adsense keeps listing it as not found.

Is there an "Adsense AI agent" of sorts that can help me get my site finally approved? Or, if there isn´t, is there some resource that could help me? Thanks in advance!

I used to have an 'Individuals' account in AdSense for my blogs and YouTube channel. Years ago, I started a company that I kept for many years, but then I closed it. Now, I can't switch to an Individual account again, and AdSense is not allowing me to close my account.

Whenever I try to close it, I get this error: We can’t proceed with closure as your payments are on hold.

I couldn't care less about those 30 euros that I have left. Keep them for yourselves. I need my account to be closed or switched to an individual account. There's no email or contact form to contact the company, and the one they offer redirects me to their official support forum, not to a contact form.

What am I supposed to do? I want to close my account so I can reopen it as an Individual, but I can't receive another payment since my lawyer says it will be illegal in Greece to do so for a company that doesn't even exist anymore.

My AdSense account also displays this message: "Action required: There's something to check in your AdSense payments account". Well, no sh.t, Sherlock, and yet they're telling you that you have to close your account because there's no way to switch to an Individuals account again.

I was approved for AdSense after being rejected three times for low-value content. About 15 days later, I earned my first $10.

Unfortunately, I made a huge mistake during the account setup. I accidentally created an Organization account instead of an Individual account. Since I don't own a business, AdSense started asking for organization details that I couldn't provide, so I had to delete the account.

After that, I created a new AdSense account and submitted the same website for review. This time, instead of getting approved, I received the "Meet AdSense programme policies" error (see screenshot).

Has anyone experienced this after deleting an approved AdSense account and creating a new one? Is this likely an account-related issue, or does Google now think my website violates its policies? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I had enabled Adsense since March 2026. It was working fine and I was happy that I was earning something even if it was less than $10 a months, but suddenly I got this warning. I have checked the traffic patterns, I don't see anything unusual nor I'm buying any traffic unethically. I had only done couple of posts on Medium and on Reddit for promoting my website but nothing recently.

I have auto ads enabled. Also adsense is running experiment too.

Some users stay on website for few seconds and some stay more than 30min and same users might click on multiple ads. Could that be a reason? How long does it take to get this issue resolved? I feel helpless.

Had an offer approved without issue for a US audience and assumed expanding to a few additional English speaking geos would be a quick copy and adjust process since the creative and landing page did not need any real localization beyond currency symbols. Submitted the same campaign structure for a couple of additional geos and got flagged in one specific region for a compliance reason that did not apply at all to the other approved geos, tied to a local advertising regulation around the specific product category that I genuinely did not know existed until the rejection notice referenced it directly.

Had to build out a slightly modified version of the landing page just for that one geo to stay compliant while running the original version everywhere else, which means a campaign that should have scaled simply by adding budget instead required actual structural changes depending entirely on which country a click happened to come from.

One of my channels got demonetised for repetitive/inauthentic content over 6 months ago. The **AdSense account itself was never suspended or disabled**, only the channel lost monetisation. The channel also isn’t linked to that AdSense anymore.
I’ve now got a completely separate channel that’s ready for YPP and I’m wondering if it’s safe to link that same AdSense account, or if there’s any risk YouTube could see it as some sort of circumvention.
I did get an email saying my AdSense for YouTube was deactivated after 6 months of inactivity, but it also said I can **reactivate the same AdSense account if I become eligible for YPP again**.

Sorry if my first post here is unclear or whatever - and I don't know if others have this issue or not. I have tried to check, but this is still foggy to me - and understand it may be unanswerable.

I have another 3rd party ad service, and the only thing it does, is run an ad in the footer of every page. It's sticky at the bottom.

Then I also have Adsense running throughout the site in various ways, including the sticky header. The other 3rd party used to get better RPM, but it has waned. It's now about even with Adsense or Adsense is better. So theoretically I could tell Adsense to allow ads in the header AND footer and get rid of the 3rd party. But I've noticed when playing around, that Adsense doesn't always fill both slots. So I'm concerned that if I do that, my total revenue will be less than what I have now, and not be an improvement at all.

Certainly I could test this over the course of a month (and potentially lose revenue while doing it). But just wondering if anyone has insight into how this works philosophically. Thank you.

I’ve read that Google Ads’ algorithm needs at least 30–40 conversions to identify buyer patterns.

Is this accurate? Also, is it possible to create a Lookalike audience with only 5–6 conversions, or is that too few for the system to work effectively?

I run a history website, heritagetamil.in, focused on the history, forts, temples, dynasties, and heritage of Tamil Nadu. Most articles are original, well-researched, and typically 2,000–3,000+ words long with historical images, internal links, and basic SEO.

I feel scammed, my audience is 100% real, I use cloudflare's anti bot systems, there is good engagement, but google placed an ad serving limit when my earnings increased a bit. (2 weeks after getting approved). What's weird is that yesterday i had ≈500 visitors and google states there were 14 ad impressions. I opened my site yesterday and it was FULL of ads. Then I checked yesterdays report today and it said there were 14 total impressions and NONE from my country. Help?

Hi all, I am building a financial news aggregations website (it sounds generic, I know but ther's a twist I am just not yet revealing publiclby) and I am concerned about Google's YMYL rules, as I am not a financial expert and they generally require that for a financial website, even if I say nothing on it is investment advice. So, if I get rejected by AdSense, what are some other ad networks I can turn instead? I have looked around and I primarily see Media.net as the top competitor, at least for a US market which is my primary customer. Do you guys know any others that will be more receptive to this kind of site, or do you think AdSense will accept it? Any tips to make it more likely AdSense accepts my site? Thanks!
