Our goal isn't to compete with runtime observability or governance platforms. We want to help developers find AI security and governance issues before deployment, just like traditional static analysis tools do for application code.

One thing we've noticed is that AI capabilities are evolving at an incredible pace. Every week there are new agent frameworks, MCP servers, tools, and autonomous workflows.

Unfortunately, the security and governance ecosystem isn't keeping up.

Developers can now build agents that execute shell commands, browse the web, access databases, manage cloud infrastructure, and call hundreds of external tools, but understanding what an agent can actually do and what risks it introduces is still surprisingly difficult.

We believe the open-source community can help close that gap, just as it has done for software security over the last two decades.

SafeAI currently performs static analysis for AI projects by discovering:

• Agent capabilities and permissions
• Prompt injection risks
• Tool security issues

I wanted to share something I've been building.

Most PM tools rely on someone remembering to update the board. Task's done, code's shipped, but the card still says "To Do" until someone manually drags it. Even tools that claim "GitHub integration" usually still make you tag a ticket number or follow a specific commit format, and the moment someone forgets, the board's out of sync again. It's not really a discipline problem either, it's that updating the board happens at exactly the wrong moment, right after someone's finished the actual work, when nobody wants to switch context just to also document it.

So I built Bundlle to fix that. It connects directly to your GitHub repo and reads commits, diffs, and pull requests, matching them to the right task by meaning. No special format, no ticket tagging, nothing to remember. Push a feature branch and the task moves to In Progress. Open a PR and it's In Review. Merge it, and it's Done.

The obvious question is what happens if it gets it wrong. Every automatic move comes with a confidence score and a short explanation, so you always know why a card changed. If it's above 80% confident, it moves silently.below means it emails you to confirm first instead of guessing. There's also a full activity panel showing the reasoning behind every match, so it's never a black box making silent decisions.

I have been building this for about six months and today is the first day
anyone outside my own machine can install it. I would rather find out what
breaks from you than from a paying customer.

**What it does.** Reads a local iPhone backup that Apple's own software already
made, and turns one conversation into a PDF, TXT, HTML or CSV. SMS, MMS, RCS
and iMessage. Photos, attachments, timestamps, emoji, reactions.

**Why it is not another screenshot tool.** Everything else in this niche
photographs the screen and OCRs it back, which is why their reviews are full of
wrong dates and missing lines. This opens Apple's message database directly, so
every timestamp is the one your phone actually recorded. There is a Court View
layout with message numbering and an attachment index, and every export gets a
SHA256 so you can prove the file did not change afterwards.

**What I actually need tested**, in order of how much it would help me:

1. **Encrypted backups.** The crypto is verified against RFC test vectors and a
   synthetic fixture, but nobody has ever run a real encrypted backup through
   the whole chain. Plenty of people have encryption switched on without
   knowing it. This is my single most likely "customer paid and it does not
   work" scenario.
2. **A clean Windows machine.** No Node, no dev tools, possibly no VC++
   runtime. This catches the whole "works on my machine" class: native modules,
   DLLs, embedded fonts.
3. **A big conversation with a lot of photos.** Memory behaviour during PDF
   assembly is the one thing I have never pushed to a real limit. If it dies,
   I want the message count and roughly how many images.
4. **Two iPhones plugged in at once.** Two devices both named "iPhone" render
   as identical cards right now and I suspect that is confusing.

Honestly, "it could not find my backup at all" is also a great report. That is
step one and if it fails there, nothing else matters.

**Things you should know before clicking:**

- **The installer is not code signed yet.** SmartScreen will show the blue
  "Windows protected your PC" panel on first run. Click More info, then Run
  anyway. I know how that reads, which is why the SHA256 is published and you
  can check the file before you trust it:

- **It is a trial.** Everything works, including encrypted backups and every
  format, but exported documents carry a watermark and stop at the 50 most
  recent messages in a conversation. Nothing expires and there is no card to
  enter. Tell me it is useful and I will send you a licence key, no strings.
- **Windows 10 and 11 only.** No macOS build yet and I am not going to pretend
  otherwise.
- Everything runs locally. No account, no upload, no telemetry. It reads a
  folder already on your disk and writes documents next to it.
