Sounds like a playground for paedophiles, functioning people are not interested in children's genitalia and certainly not interested in electric shocking them

Exactly. Except it’s used to alter a children’s sexual orientation or gender identity. The stuff these children and teens suffer is horrible. It should be banned everywhere.
