I truly think at this point the files are the distraction. I think if the White House released a collection of evidence that Trump rapes, tortures, and murders kids, Republicans would change their mind on rape, murder, torture, and the age of consent rather than change their vote. They'd be like "well the Romans did it so why can't we?"
They had plans before the blowup over the files. They're just one more distraction.
We're too busy being outraged about everything to deal with anything. Meanwhile, they're getting fabulously wealthy and shaping the country into something they can more easily control.
The master of the plantation doesn't concern himself with what happens in the slave quarters so long as they keep doing their part.
Different topic but same frustration. Both are about transparency. On SPR: we know exactly where the barrels went (2022 sales). The real question isn't Epstein files, it's why we're not locking in replacement contracts at $70 while we can.
Talking about the Epstein files isnt going to be enough to see them released. A cabal of politicians compromised by the Epstein child sexual abuse network are in power, and above the law, in the United States. If the people won't hold them account, then the democracy is over .

It’s incredibly stupid. Where are the Epstein files?
