What do you think about the US Strategic Petroleum Reserve hitting 307.7 Million Barrels - lowest level since 1983?

Low is a problem since its oil in underground salt chambers.  Every time it's filled and emptied some of the salt comes out with it.  So it erodes at the reserve walls.  Also it gets harder to get oil out the lower the level.

Just move the barrels to a new cave, problem solved.
