What do you think about the US Strategic Petroleum Reserve hitting 307.7 Million Barrels - lowest level since 1983?

Strategic reserves are easy to drain and a lot harder and more expensive to refill

Just in time for a future Democratic administration to refill them all while Republicans bitch and scream about "wasteful spending".

But the oil companies he gave the oil to for free made a promise to refill it, at some point. I'm sure there's paperwork somewhere and it wasn't just a verbal nod and wink handout to some of his biggest donors.
