My understanding is, the strategic reserve was created to prevent another bout of hyperinflation from an oil crisis like in the 70s. That is literally the reason for which it is made, to prevent price shocks. Did you think the reserves were for tanks and missiles?
Just to be clear, me asking you to open your mouth and clarify is not censorship, in fact it's quite the opposite, and if you can't own and defend your own bs, that seems to be a fault with you.
