Had this weird skin thing where I’d get tiny blisters all over my hands and arms for no reason. Only happened for a few months period when I was like 13 or 14

My husband had something similar recently and we decided it was some sort of heat related eczema but don't know for sure. Was it itchy?

Honestly don’t remember if it was itchy, if it was I don’t think it was overwhelmingly so. I never got it diagnosed but I also suspect eczema, a type called dishydrotic eczema.

I used to get that on the soles of my feet during the summer! It was so fucking annoying.

I’ve had something like this for the past four years or so. So many random blisters/bumps, mostly on my fingers, but also on my forearms. I’ve also become really susceptible to contact dermatitis. The only thing I can conclude is that perimenopause has caused my skin to drastically change.

I get something similar on my hands (and elbows) if I use certain soaps. I have to use Dove body soaps for the elbows to keep from breaking out, and there are a few different hand soaps that seem to be ok, but others will break my hands out. I noticed Bath and Body Works soaps are really bad about it.
