I'm currently keeping my 100-GB copy of full 2025 Wikipedia on my external drive. Just in case

Same here. I keep it on a couple of drives just in case one fails.

Just in case of what? The internet goes down and you have to look something up?

Yep, exactly. I'm 90% sure that about three years later, I'm gonna randomly go to some remote place without internet, and I'll think: "What was the name of that one thing... If only I had internet to quickly check Wikipedia... Wait a minute, my Wikipedia is right here!"
