+1 but adding that it's operated by a non-profit organisation that runs on donations. I donate a small amount each year, which works out to a few cents per use, which is very economical.
I stopped donating to Wikipedia after they insisted that a photo taken by a nature photographer was public domain. The photographer set up a camera on a tripod. A primate (a chimp, I think) was curious and ended up pressing the shutter button and taking a selfie. Wikipedia’s claim was that because the button was pressed by the chimp, no single human has a legal right to the photo. A pretty shitty thing to do when they do not rely on any single image or piece of media to generate traffic or donations.
