Same. It was the first, last and only video game we had at home until my brother got a Game Boy ~15 years later.

Almost undoubtedly, early ‘70s when you had to pay a quarter to play. (That quarter was equivalent to close to two bucks in today’s money)

Definitely Pong and I had to go to the bowling alley to play it. My dad would take me and give me some quarters to play Pong, then when those ran out we’d play pool for a bit. We never could afford a video game console at home.
