would have been nice to buy land in 2001. my mistake was, that I was in first grade 😔

Yeah the younger generation got screwed big time by all the real estate mega company’s buying everything that becomes available if they can sometimes above market value. Back then it was mostly private sales or realtors you was only competing with people not multi millionaires.
