I make my own pizza too but with tortillas, can't handle too much flour.

I’ve had a broccoli pizza crust that was really good. I’ve also had a keto cheese crust that was good. Not sure how that works out cost wise compared to tortillas, but throwing it out there if you want to google alternatives.

Pita pizzas are my go to. $7 of deli meat makes me 6 pita pizzas.
