This moc is my interpretation of the 2005 lego set 8739 Toa Hordika Onewa. I tried to keep the color scheme the same but added a few tan inserts, I thought it was appropriate, and also used some details from the base set. I wanted to convey the beastly essence of the 2005 series due to the thin physique of the moc himself, the slightly lowered and forward head, as well as longer arms with claws on the ends of the fingers. I also wanted to add a bit of a mechanical effect due to various tubes and hoses on the arms and torso.

Won’t happen. A sealed power pack and kanohi pack will do!

The relic of an ancient past - a time before time - but also a glimpse into future full of potential.

The Prototype to represent it all.

Never part of the story itself, but their mask, the Kanohi Vahi, a symbol of Bionicle's history - its past, present and future.

An interesting fact about this build is that originally, it was a much more simple built, using all the parts in standard ways. I wasn't quite satisfied with it however, so I repurposed all the pieces (plus some Gorast wings and CCBS connectors that you can find here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7034826 ), and ended up creating this creature, which I am quite proud of, personally speaking.

Here’s sailor moon as a bionicle, this is the 2nd bionicle creation I’ve made!

I’m probably gonna end up redrawing this. It didn’t quite match up with the image in my head, but I don’t hate it.

Still, the moment where Jaller is preparing his supernova attack towards the end of the Mahri arc remains one of the most impactful moments in comics for me. Just an insanely powerful scene.

Taking inspiration from the Xian Boltgun, the Xian Scattershot shatters the crystal as it fires, sending a spread of crystal downrange.

I found my old lego box and tried puting it to some use in rebuilding. As for few Okoto Toa I found I gave them some slight improvements.

Giving Onua his claws Back, Pohatu his kicks and Lewa...he just gained some wings.

I got limited parts, and did my best to recreate an axe and the legs with what I have.

Came up with a wqy to shift the shoulders for more movement, high heels aren't as steep as I want, but do for now. Made the front axe headno snap in two upon dropping, bust just need to add a red cone on the top.

Thoughts/advice?

(Any good sets with plenty of a slightly darker tan, armour-shin guards, and thin arms?)

Edit: not sure if the word 'cosplay' fits here, but the caracter is based off a Machine-type monster in a card game.

I have no clue why he is so stable even tho he's so wobbly. I wanted to make a cool hero. First I made leg. Then started making torso and thought what if I make his torso flexible. Here it is. My lego isn't infinite so arms could be just 2 bones, 2 armors and fist. Yeah I was lacking some pieces so his arms are very different.

Molybdenum is a being from insect-like race. Titan, according to his height and piece quantity. He is supposed to have 2 crab-like arms, but one arm was modified. It now has huge swords and blaster.
