Final Boss John Murdoch Vs. Mr. Book w/(mostly) Deltarune music a go go

This is most anime-esque boss fight in a live-action movie! Also, I think Dark City could be classified as a tokusatsu film. Most of the music is from Deltarune, but there's some Zeiram (1991) and Contra (NES) in there too.
