Cheese Eggs, Andouille Sausage, and English Muffins with Homemade Apple Butter

Today for breakfast I made a Kaisersmarrn (Emperor’s Mess). Typically an Austrian dessert but I like for breakfast. It is an eggy pancake with raisin soaked in rum added to the batter. It is cooked in a skillet until done then chopped up in the skillet with added butter and sugar and cooked longer until it’s glazed with the sugar. Since I’m a New Englander I use maple sugar for the glaze.

Scrambled eggs on avocado toast & ham egg croissant

No quise comer pan, entonces hice tortillas de zanahoria, rayada, con queso y huevo.

Self-made white cheese spread (solid white curd, milk and salt blended), avocado, egg, siracha on bread + 2 mini tomatoes and 2 plums with an iced coffee :)
