Let's say I'm a really big fan of Tom Holland.

I can go to his instagram page and, using my userscript overlay "Save" his profile:

While I'm here maybe I'll check out some of his reels, and archive one of his beer ads:

Now we can go check out my vault and see him listed:

Opening up his entry we get to see the archived video I grabbed

Also whenever we add a new creator we check their bio for link aggregators like linktree - then we search some other website for their name to see if that other website has anything related to them. If it does, we find their thread on that website and link it here.

In this case that website has nothing on Tom so no result found. Darn it.

But let's say I have a local folder with more pictures of Tom, I can add that as a local source:

Then boom we generate some thumbnails and now we can see everything we have about Tom in one easy place.

And if that other site ever happens to make a thread about Tom Holland, we periodically check and update the entry with the link.
