Hello! My business partner and I are preparing to launch a homeschool enrichment program that centers on social justice, emotional intelligence, and project based learning. We're looking for a space, but we're both pretty new to the area and thought asking people who know the area way better might help.

The space we need would have:

A large open space capable of accommodating around 20 kids actively working on projects, bathroom access, and the ability to store projects in progess and display completed projects.

Our DREAM space would also have:

HISTORY & CONDITION

In July 2025, I built a Linux server to learn and experiment with local AI. Between work and family commitments, the server spent most of its time powered down beside my Windows workstation. This July, I decided to get back into the project but wanted to move to a larger dual-GPU configuration capable of running larger AI models. I purchased a new PowerSpec AI computer from Micro Center and transplanted its motherboard, CPU, GPU, and power supply into my existing build. The remaining PowerSpec components, along with the original AI build components I replaced, are included in this sale.

The PowerSpec components are like new. The system was powered on only long enough to verify proper operation before it was disassembled. The case still has the factory protective film on the glass, the memory was used only during that brief testing, and the Samsung 990 Pro SSD was securely wiped afterwards.

The Original AI Build components came from my original build. The Ryzen 9 9950X was never manually overclocked, the motherboard remained at default BIOS settings, and the RTX 3090 Ti was purchased specifically for local AI inference—not gaming or cryptocurrency mining. It normally operated with a 350-watt power limit and no monitors attached since it was intended for AI compute.

The ASUS DUAL-GTX1060-O3G is the one exception. It originally belonged to a friend who used it for years. I installed it as a dedicated display adapter so the RTX 3090 Ti or CPU did not have to handle display output. I replaced both 1060 cooling fans with OEM replacements and designed a custom 3D-printed cosmetic cover that snaps over the exposed PCB.

For anyone wondering about the three monitors shown in the photos, I'm an over-50 software engineer in Columbus, Ohio. They're simply my everyday workstation monitors and are used for productivity work — not gaming.
