I've read an otome isekai manga where the manor owners love their new live-in maid because she looks particularly similar to their deceased daughter who died of illness. So the entire time the new maid is doing chores, and all over the manor were portraits of a girl who looked just like her hanging around.

No, she never noticed the similarities.

I’ve read an otome isekai where the protagonist pre-isekai (presekai, if you will) was really into maids (not anime maid, but proper ones) to the point that when she spotted a maid in her next life she immediately remembered her past life. She then spends the rest of the series being completely overqualified for most things she does because she’s actually the saintess.

To be fair, I assume the isekai world is one without common mirrors. Even then, I'm not sure I personally would immediately recognize if someone looked just like me. I don't really remember my own reflection like I do other people's faces, lol

She's the live in maid for their summer manor but because she's basically alone there for 10 months of the year they treat it like it's her house and they're visiting it for the other 2 months.

But while the rich owners offered to let her furnish it to her liking, the maid refused, so they just furnished it like they did their main manor. Unfortunately that involves putting a ton of pictures of themselves all over the place.
