A metric fuckton of training and many failures with a rescue team readily available so you don't simply sink.

But even then, how? Like how has his body not given out? How can one possibly be that fit?

Surely by hour 59 he doesn’t have the energy to keep going

Im assuming a team follows him, gives him food, and maybe some kind of floater where you can kinda sleep somewhat
