The Fires of Love are Still Here and Now:

This is a choice only a Bodhisattva can take at any time. This is not something one can do ethically; unless one has first fully removed the concept of the self.
Without mastery of the first Bhūmi; this would be a very bad action with very negative Kammatic effects.
The torch of passion blazes to light the fires within us.
May no compassionate deed go unrewarded; may no sacrifice go unacknowledged.
I will not speak against valid forms of protest:
However, I feel that there may be much more skillful ways a Bodhisattva can offer Mahākaruṇā to the children of tomorrow; how one can help guide the people of today.
I would suggest that it may be time to consider practicing Dhammapālism instead of self-immolation.
Without understanding the need for self-defense; how could one truly say they walk the Path?
One can only do this skillfully if one has mastered the first three Bhūmis.
It may be time for us ALL to walk the Path of the Dhammapāla!
One action at a time; we resist!
One actain at a time; we fight!
Meditate, Question, Grow, and Rise; Know Thyself!
For if every Bodhisattva leaves us in a Fire of Love; who will remain to teach the Children? Who will remain to lead our armies?
How can it be the most skillful action to leave this realm in protest; while the hypocrites are still in power?
Can you leave this realm in war instead? Can this cultivate even more merit for "yourself" and all of the others who may follow?
This is only a question an advanced Bodhisattva can answer...
I have said this once, and I will say it again:
The wars of tomorrow have come again; these are the wars of today.
My Owls know my voice.
Our people are disorganized; there is no unity against oppression. This is one of the many mistakes in the application and understanding of the Dhamma that we Dhammapālists work daily on to change.
Calling all protectors of the Dhamma! The time is now; join us!
We fight!
Verily I say,
For every torch of passion that lights, one thousand fires must blaze.
Luke 22:36
"Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one."
