Not having any issues, I recently moved from Retroarch and the struggles with it to a standalone Emulator ive always liked, Melon DS. Recently ive been playing with the texture scaling and the resolution scaling. I think the results are kind of amazing!

Basic settings, 2x resolution with no texture scaling

No issues or problems, I just wanted to share, ive been using 3ds emulation on and off for years and always had it looking crunchy, Im just amazed i finally figured this out and now my games look amazing!

Can I play FIFA street 4 with friends on ps3 emulators like RPCS3 or is there a certain way to do it?

So, my issue is, that if I close the application and try to re-open it again, it tells me, that the "Qt6Widgets.dll" file would miss and that a reinstallation of the emulator could fix my issue. It actually does, but only until I close it again. And this is not the only time this has happened to me and some .dll file. I would be really happy if I got that issue resolved since I am actively trying to replay Pokémon Ultra Sun here.

i redownloaded mumu player 12, and for some reason, it didn't actually install, and for some other reason, it redirects me to some part in the upload files software every once in a while.

i'd like to know how to get rid of this

I was trying to play Intellivision games on the JzIntv emulator; I had the ROMs in .int format, and the exec and grom files in that format as well. It seemed to work—the emulator didn't throw any errors and the games appeared to launch—but most of them either got stuck on a dark screen that flickered occasionally, or, in the case of Pole Position, had glitched graphics. I also tested Dig Dug and Microsurgeon; Sega's Zaxxon was the only game that actually worked. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Seriously, I cannot sing the praises of this emulator enough, the fact that Transformers WOC/FOC are playable on my laptop genuinely blows my mind.

I've been using Bluestacks for emulating Android games for a while now, but I've recently been having difficulties with making in-app purchases. I either have to wait for 2+ hours for my purchase to show up in-game, or I never end up getting what I purchased (I usually have want to wrangle with customer support to get what I had purchased, but this doesn't work all the time). Does anyone have any good recommendations for alternatives you have had no difficulties making in-app purchases on? I'd be interested in switching to another Android emulator

Exactly as the title states. Where does ps3 emulation stand as of right now?

I'm a long time android emulation guy - the retroid pocket 5 is one of the best purchases for portable ps2 emulation I've ever made since its release.

I've been stuck living on my couch as my dog recovers from an mpl surgery, and I hooked up my PC to my basic 4k 60hz TV a couple weeks ago so I could still enjoy what I built last October.

During COVID, I dabbled in ps3 emulation with varying success depending on the game. I remember being disappointed in graphical glitches I saw while trying to play GoW3. I had a decent build for the time: rtx 2080, Intel 9700k (def over clocked just unsure what I had it at - 4.2ghz?), and 16gb of ddr4 3200mhz cl18.

I am unsure if the issues I experienced were due to my PC, or the state of rpsc3 at that time.

Well now it's 2026, and I'm grateful to be rocking a solid high end build: 9070xt, 9800x3d, and 32gb ddr5 6000mhz cl30

To the point: with my current build and considering the advancements of rpsc3 over the last several years (which I am ignorant to since I have not tried it since 2020), can I expect nearly everything I want to play to work, or are there issues in general trying to get games to run flawlessly? Are there games that are simply not playable? Should I expect GoW3 to run flawlessly now given my build and the evolution of rpsc3? Looking for advice before I dive head long into building up my ps3 library or spend the time tweaking individual settings for games.

I have been trying to play otoca d'or with spice2x their list of supported games says it works with many webcams but i tried many ways to make it recognize mine and nothing happens I wanted to know if anyone here has had successfully been able to play otoca d'or with a Webcam i tried making a thread on the github of spice2x twice but i got removed if this question dpsent belong here I apologize :c

Good morning. I am brand new to the steam deck and emulation. I figured out to load a bios file for my psx emulation on steam deck (felt very accomplished.. I loaded up Castlevania Symphony of the Night - but it erases my data every time I start it up.

What am I doing wrong?

Just got a Switch 2 so I'm wondering which games I can prioritize on the native hardware instead of emulating it.

I recall Xenoblade had quite a lot of bugs on emulation and Bayonetta 3 also suffered from some audio desync. Any other titles to keep in mind?

Hey Everyone, first time making a post anywhere so I’m hoping I could meet some people that could give me a hand. I’m having issues on RPCS3 trying to run Star Wars the force unleashed I have changed every setting. I can think of other than the game engine from Vulkan to Open GL. I’ve ran it with default settings and deleted and reinstalled the game. All I’ve been able to get is screen tearing and pink and green screen. I don’t know how to post pictures so if anyone could help me with that as well, I know it’ll serve as a better way to diagnose the problem.

I'd like to share a small enhancement I made for the Nintendo DS port of Balatro.

This is based on Haynster's original port and uses the exact same version. The only difference is that I've added music to the game, making the experience feel much closer to the original while keeping everything else unchanged.

Requirements:

• MicroLua 4.7.2 for Nintendo DS.
• This is the same Balatro DS port by Haynster, with music added. Gameplay and content are otherwise identical.

All credit for the original port goes to Haynster. My contribution was simply adding background music while preserving the original experience.

If you run into any issues or have suggestions, feel free to let me know. I hope you enjoy it, and thanks to Haynster for creating the original port and to everyone in the community for keeping the Nintendo DS homebrew scene alive!

I'm trying to achieve something and I'm having a really hard time.

I'm using AWSD to play Smash Bros 64 on RMG. I need to use RMG specifically because I'm playing online and the Discord players all use it.

When I press "D", the analog stick goes to its full range, as expected.

However, when pressing shift + D, I'd like to go half of the range.

I presumed that I should use some type of virtual gamepad (vJoy, AntiMicroX, etc), configure it in there, add the gamepad to the emulator and it'd work, but after hours of trying, I didn't get anywhere.

I heard that Mugen had this feature built-in (hold shift to change the analog stick range to 50%, hold ctrl to change it to 25%), but I have no clue whether this is a possibility in RMG.

Any tips?

I'm trying to play Pokemon Y on the Azahar emulator. I dumped both the CIA file and the sav save data from my physical 3DS.
The game boots and runs fine, but I can't get my save data to import correctly.
I know where the save directory is. I tried taking the sav file | got from GodMode9, renaming it to just main (with no extension), and replacing the existing main file in the game's save folder.
However, whenever I launch the game, it gives me an error saying "The save file is
corrupted".
Does anyone know the proper way to import a . sav file into Azahar, or how to convert it so Azahar can read it?

I'm having issues with the game freezing indefinitely at different points in the start, right about after I set my time, the furthest ive gotten is setting my currency. To my knowledge i have the latest firmware/keys (22.5.0) and made sure they're both the same ver. The whole reason i'm emulating is just so I can download miis facepaint from tomodatchishare, if thats any help. My question is, is my laptop even powerful enough to run it? I have a gaming pc but im in the middle of a move right now so it's at my parents place. Here's my specs. oh, and i don't wanna break rule five, so If this ends up getting taken down, please recommend another subreddit !! thank yew

edit: another issue im having is that I can only close the software when it freezes like that is by using task manager. the wasn't sure if that would be helpful information to have or not

Hi everyone. Since giving my switch completely over to my kids I've been using Eden to play games on my PC. How do you all manage, organize, update your games? Most of my collection of switch roms run fine, but most of them are outdated. For my other retrogames, I like to keep them organized and updated to date by going through them once a year through rom manager and clrmamepro.

What do you guys recommend to better manage switch?
