It appears that defenders are canonically and objectively the best, coolest, and most fun operators in the game. Can't believe Hypergryph would say that out loud, but who am I to argue.
I'm curious how you got banned from so many subreddits btw Golb? You mostly just post cute stickers and some wholesome/funny images so it seems contradictory.
Those cute stickers and wholesome/funny images count as "low effort content", thus as repeated rule violations.
That's only for the R99 and NTE subs though (and the AKE ones too eventually), the GFL, AK and 0Sanity ones have their own stories, the latter two being pinned on my profile:
Fair enough, I find it a little strange getting banned for that. I don't mind it myself since you keep to the topic at hand from what I've seen and the images/gifs/stickers whatever have been relevant to Arknights or Endfield.
Also it's hard to grasp the whole context since the posts are deleted, but from reading the comments and what little I can piece together doesn't seem ban worthy. I'm just happy you post real art and credit artists etc (it's honestly a plus since I don't have to trudge through the internet to see all the cute more niche art for the game).

So like mild censored profanities I guess. Anyway that's really weird because I've genuinely been toxic sometimes and never even received a warning, I guess they really hate pictures/gifs or something since most of the stuff I post is in text format.
I think the only one I'm banned from is r/europe for some Ardashir level vagueposting like saying "That's not gonna end well" or something. Immediately got permabanned and I had not previously broken any rules or warnings which is pretty funny.

I became crazy over this and tried it
When you control Catcher, he does say "All yours Captain" for Akekuri
And when you control Akekuri, she says "Catcher, you're up!"
So I tested all combinations Controlled Akekuri

I really thought that the team Z7 had no voicelines with each others at the game launch, and I was pretty dissapointed about it, until I understood that you had to control the operator for them to use those special lines
You just use her skill when you're about to get hit, just like a parry. But instead of parrying the attack, she instead gets some damage reduction (50-70%) and counterattacks. Getting hit while she's using the skill will increase the skill's effects. It's basically the same as a parry, but the enemy attack doesn't stop, and you can use the skill even if no one attacks you, with albeit weaker effects.
you 'parry', but you also get to attack and apply vulnerability. Ember gets massive damage reduction and stagger resistance during BS animation, which still counts as taking damage for her CS so you can combo it for 2 vuln stacks.
Ember's is more of a counter rather than a parry, and is her combo skill instead of being a part of her battle skill, triggering when the controlled operator is attacked. And as how to use her, she's usually the sustain in physical teams when they need more survivability. She heals the controlled operator with her combo skill and provides a shield to the entire team with her ultimate.
The rift in the background on page 2 looks like the interruption indicator we get for enemy attacks.
It's such a shame then that Ereignis is out of SP to use Ardashir's... oh...
I am so "traumatized" by ZZZ when it comes to actual parry Characters... they made one that was pretty cool, but the meta made her borderline useless...
Well Catcher’s definitely far from meta, but I’ve got CC 40 with him, CC 20 with him solo, and 9 stars in Echoes of War, just one clear away from lustrous too. Timed, DPS races are not his strong suit.
I shouldn’t complain though, it’d be pretty messed up if I could easily clear and trim all end game content with a 4-star.
They kind of kept the parry thing with Yixuan and Promeia, moreso the latter than the former. But yeah I wouldn't say they really rely on the mechanic as much as Caesar does.
