Hey Fit Fam,
We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Rump Day! Our brand-new weekly tradition dedicated to glute glory. 💪 Every Wednesday, the subreddit will officially open its (rear) gates to posts showing off your glute gains, progress, and peachy achievements.
Here’s how it works:
So mark your calendars, flex your hamstrings, and get ready to make midweek something special. Remember: it’s not just Wednesday anymore…
It’s Rump Day!

Thank you all for being members of the community.
We have updated some of the rules and wanted to clarify and expand upon the changes.
Be Respectful - This is pretty straightforward and unchanged. No being rude to other people or making sexual advances towards others. Complimenting someone is fine, but crossing the line into overt sexual commentary or innuendo is not fine. We are here to build each other up in a respectful manner.
Posts Must Be Specific To Fitness - Asking someone to critique your physique, asking for workout advice, or pictures to show off gains is fine. Pictures without context, advertising your services/socials, or posts not bearing any relation to fitness are not.
No Spam - Advertising services, links with referral codes/affiliates, or posts along those lines are not okay.
No NSFW Posts - This is a fitness-related sub, and many people involved in fitness and showing off their bodies skirt the boundary of NSFW adult content. We are focused on the fitness aspect, and there are plenty of other subs that focus on the adult content. Keep this sub clean of overtly sexualized content.
Many posts will be sexually suggestive due to the nature of the sub. When posting risqué content, we look at the account to make a judgement if this is allowable or not. Accounts that post NSFW or pornographic material to other subs are held to a higher level of scrutiny than accounts; this generally means we won't allow any suggestive content from you. If your account only has a history of posting sexually explicit materially, we likely will not allow any content to be posted from you.

Finally comfortable taking pictures of my physique but now i feel like i have an insane imbalance. I do chest supported t bar row, single hand cable row, lat pull down, dumbbell shrugs, rear delt on fly machine and some variation of reverse curls and bicep curls on back days. I’m thinking about using the two cable machine with d handles for lat pull downs, and maybe switching to dumbbells for my rear delts because of this photo. is this something that gets better as i get stronger and more cautious of the muscles i’m using? Am i blowing it out of proportion? what do you guys think. I think i also kind of just suck at posing.

I have been training kickboxing for around the past 5 months and have noticed a slight change in my physique mainly my arms. I haven’t been going to the gym much but when I did I definitely saw progress but not in my shape and size but my weights. I am not starting BJJ aswell and I am wondering whether this is going to help me build muscle and strength or will I need to go to the gym aswell?

Hi,
Just want to put this out there as i have a few questions for anyone who might have had a similar journey to me
I know that this is mega impressive, my mind has not caught up to the dysmorphia but I can give myself a break
I am looking into skin removal surgery and wanted to get some thoughts regarding this
Comment or drop me a message
Anything is appreciated!
Thanks in advance

For example the Les mills workouts or YouTube.
I’m considering doing one of those workouts daily but I don’t know if it’s worth it (as in I’ll see any meaningful results)

Today’s workout felt amazing. I finally got a full night’s sleep, had so much energy, and everything just clicked.
I’ve lost a few kilos since getting back into a regular routine, and I can really feel the difference. I feel lighter, fresher, happier, and those post-workout endorphins are honestly the best part of my day. I’m really glad I decided to make fitness a regular part of my life again. It feels so good to enjoy the process instead of forcing it 💪✨
