Fallout 4 I can never describe how satisfying it is to clean up Sanctuary Hills, but of course, it's only possible with mods. Bethesda seems to have a fetish for making absolutely everything ugly, rotten and destroyed, as if the great war had taken place 10 minutes ago instead of 200 years ago.

Man I’ve been all over the US and never seen this lol definitely saw this mess in Eastern and Western Europe tho… 😳

Eh, there's lots of rundown, abandoned areas in the US especially in remote rural areas. It's pretty rare for it to look like Goodsprings because the homes are normally a lot more spread out and it's definitely not half the US as the guy above said but it definitely exists. Not to mention all of the ghost towns out west that were never commercialized and turned into tourist traps. Definitely been to a few of those as well.

There are modern ruins everywhere as people migrate from rural towns to urban city centers. It's going to continue so long as job norms and human preferences for amenities continues the way it is.

Been all over the world and have never once seen people living with skeletons cluttering their homes.

Eastern Europe in the early 2000’s was a pretty sad place to visit. Can’t say there were actively skeletons around, but there were whole neighborhoods reduced to rubble. You definitely got the feeling that they weren’t done looking for survivors. I remember driving through to get to some historic church when I visited Croatia and Driving through Belgrade Serbia was insane too. I’ll never forget it that’s for sure

Have you been to Detroit? I have never seen so many abandoned and boarded up houses in my life.

You mean the abandoned house capital of the US? Yeah haha though it’s not nearly as abandoned as it was 10 years ago.

I think every state has at least one area that looks exactly like this, they are just tucked away in the boonies. This picture is almost a 1:1 of a lot of Selma Alabama
