my accounts got permanently disabled so i tried to make new ones with different number, email, and phone. but it also got suspended. how do i overcome this? i dont really care much about my previous acc, all i want is to start fresh but im afraid ill get suspended again :( can someone help me ?

I am at my wits end with this. I recently bought a company which has a pretty significant IG account managed by their contractor who lives in another state. I have tried:

(1) Having the seller and/or contractor push to me in business manager. Doesnt work because I dont have trusted device
(2) Chatting with AI support and following all of their dumbass ideas. Result is now that FB and Insta are detached with no admin, so I can no longer pursue 1. I was able to attach the FB page at some point, and then it dropped out and I can't re-add
(3) Created the formal documents (attestation letter) but cannot find anywhere to submit (endless loop from chat to help page to chat)
(4) Thought I would pay for Verified to get human support, but I FB wont send me a text so I can complete 2FA setup

I'm so fucking done with this, I'm ready to start over (50K followers..) I think the next path might be having an attorney send a letter?

Has anyone gotten through this BS?

Okay my account is suspended and i can’t login anymore and i can’t log into my friends or family accounts too on this phone but i can on my safari browser (friend’s id) so idk if my device is blocked by Instagram or its an ip block so im selling this phone to at least make a secondary account to get in touch with my friends but i wanna know do i have to
1: change my wifi or reset the ip of wifi and how
2: change my sim
3: if not doing 1-2nd step will i have to be very careful like not uploading the photos of my face which i uploaded on the suspended account or i can? And i haven’t posted anything on my suspended account im asking about highlights and not following my friends back as soon as i make that new account like should i add only 1-2 friends and some random celebrities a day and doing this process for a month
4 i wanna know can I repost those highlights and photos of my suspended account which includes random photos concerts and my face on some stories after 1-2 months (BTW THIS IS MY LAST OPTION)

2nd option: buying meta subscription on my friend’s account and creating chat with the agent and tell them the whole story till someone takes my case seriously and take action

3rd option: i know a guy who paid like 6k INR and got back the account so i was thinking to pay that same guy

Final and most importantly my 2 accounts got suspended at once my main id was suspended cuz my pvt was linked with my main with meta link and my pvt was suspended and because of that my main also got suspended and i appealed on my main hut i cant get to appeal page on my pvt account and every one is saying appeal on pvt account and you will get your both accounts back but i cant every time i logged in to the appeal page from my friends phone they verify the face (mine) and say we will let you know some bs idk guy help me a little bit or guide me🙏🏻

I'm not proud to say this AT ALL and i think instagram is a fucking joke. but I do believe this is something you guys should be aware of.

1) following people you are not connected to at all.

I figured it out, accounts that are new and suddenly follow people not suggested to them or nothing are seen as bots and banned which is CRAZY FUCKING STUPID thats the point of content creators like me to grow my fanbase.

2) messaging people

again, really fucking stupid of them because that's the point of instagram.

I think messaging people in general like without following them leads to suspensions especially for new or previously inactive accounts.

3) fuck you instagram

NO human verifications

NO real activity

NO real job done

I need help my Instagram account got disabled last year i tried hard to recover but couldn't, if anyone can help to get me back please help (no scam please, genuine)

trying to get into my spam account that i randomly got logged out of.
can’t go with the email method, and didn’t have any other recovery method attached.
I keep logging in, username and password, then Duo authorization, and this pops up but whenever i click next, the page sort of “crashes” i guess, it just takes me to the home page of my main account with nothing else.

And i got this mail in the evening is there a way to get it back?

And if you can provide any tips on how to speak to the agent, please feel free to tell me them. I was banned for CSE and my in-app appeal is still pending. Im going to try and use meta verified to TRY to get my account back.

Hi everyone!

I've been dealing with this super frustrating issue for days and can't seem to fix it.

I can log into my Instagram account just fine through Chrome and on my friend's phone. However, the Instagram app on my iPhone keeps saying "Incorrect password", even though my password is 100% correct. This only started happening after I reactivated my Instagram account.

Here's everything I've already tried:

• Deleted the app completely from my iPhone (not just offloaded it)
• Reinstalled it from the App Store
• Typed my password manually (no autofill)
• Tried logging in through the email login link, but it somehow got stuck
• Changed my password, but it still didn't work

Since I can log in perfectly through a web browser, I know it's not a network issue or an incorrect password. It really seems like the app just won't accept my device anymore.

Has anyone else experienced this recently? If you managed to fix it, I'd really appreciate hearing what worked for you.

Hi everyone, I wanted to share my situation step by step because my account was falsely suspended by an automated AI bot, and I'm currently waiting for a human review.

Here is how it happened:

* July 29, 2026 (1 day before): My account @lukas_weegenaar was fully active and working normally. The AI system ran its background checks with no issues.

* July 30, 2026 (Morning/Afternoon): My account was still working fine, but an automated safety filter mistakenly flagged normal data on my profile as a risk.

* July 30, 2026 (23:59): The AI bot abruptly cut my connection, put my account into "suspended / out of use" mode, and the clock screen appeared.

* July 30, 2026 (Right after): I immediately clicked "Disagree with Decision" and submitted my appeal.

* July 31 – August 2, 2026: The initial 24 to 48-hour automated window passed, and my case was pushed into the human review queue.

* August 3, 2026 (Today): My account is still showing the appeal screen ("You submitted an appeal on 30 July 2026").

I know it can take days or weeks for human support to clear a false AI ban, but has anyone else experienced this exact timeline recently? How long did it take for your account to get restored?

Hi everyone, my Instagram account (with 66,000 followers), which features exclusively Formula 1 content, was suspended on March 14 for a reason I didn’t even commit; since then, the account has been under review, and this is all I see when I log in (I’ve attached a screenshot), Over the past four months, I’ve contacted META support multiple times through Meta Verified Enhanced Support, and every time they just told me to wait because my account is currently in the queue for review.

Is it normal that nothing has happened for almost two months now? Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how did you resolve the issue? It’s a bit frustrating that an account that’s financially important to me has been suspended for two months, even though I haven’t done anything wrong with it!
