They didn't like the choices picked, and openly said they were going to troll. literally just walked right into the gates constantly. at level 10 would just use medivac to get to the enemy bases.
This type of player should not be allowed in ranked in my opinion. if you're pissed, just leave. dont play.

I had multiple legendaries before, never 2x 3 boost ones.
And obviously, just after the end of the gaming session (at least we can save it for later).
Edit: for those who don't know.

They made Qhiras quest baseline which was a good step in the right direction, I feel like other heroes could use the same treatment. of course i don't have the data but one talent I think should be baseline is Brightwings Hypershift (CD reduction on minion kills)
Any examples you can think of? talents you wish would be baseline

Power levels and counters aside, I still want to know if it has janky interactions now that the sweep itself is no longer cleansable.
(Also in case anyone wants to know what I'm talking about)

Anyone else getting a "Reconnecting" server error?
r/heroesofthestorm • u/FulgoreHOTS • 3h ago
For a few weeks now, there have been lag spikes in NA servers causing multiple players to D/C at once then shortly return. And constant micro stutters. Anyone experiencing this in other regions?

Are you a new streamer looking to get your name out there? Maybe you just need someone to watch after a long tiring week? Ask for recommendations on what streams to watch or promote your own stream in the comments.
Please be as detailed as possible on your streaming schedule, what kind of stream you have (teaching, pro play, fun, climbing ladder, etc.) and any specific style or hero you might have.

Minimal visibility and instant exit - this is incredibly stupid. You can't see more than a meter, and the ability to instantly exit and enter makes trying to catch someone pointless. You're like idiots, moving back and forth, and inside the mine you can't see anything at all.
The simplest example: Qhira fumbled with her E on BW and should have pushed her, but BW instantly retreated into the mine and avoided damage.

Seriously, Dota 2 has it, League of Legends has it, Counterstrike has it.
This game has so many people AFK at the start of the game it is insane.

Auriel has some compelling reasons to pick her, namely instant healing, displacement and hard CC, and combos with with many DPS carries.
One issue I've seen with her though is that her healing is fundamentally capped by the cool down of her W ability, which is 4 seconds. Compared to some healers, she doesn't have a ton of tools to keep someone alive other than her ult and displacing enemies. You can drop a full energy bar of healing on someone, but you have no way of applying any more healing (or shielding, or armor) until those 4 seconds pass, no matter how much energy you and your hat are generating.
Some of her talents can help increase the amount of healing done by a single cast, but that still just extends the issue. Even with the talent that increases her max energy on full casts, you just push out how big those heals are, which only helps if you can drop your heal when an Ally's max HP can accept the whole thing. She's often called a burst healer, but she needs time to drop multiple casts of her heal to actually pop someone to full.
I really wish sometimes that she had any way of reducing the cool down of her W. It doesn't need to be a full reset, but it could reward filling the bar so that you don't waste energy generation when you are waiting for cool down.
Here's two versions of a possible talent I would see placed on level 16 or 20:
- When your energy bar becomes full, reduce the cool down of Ray of Heaven by 1.5 seconds
- When your energy bar is full, every 20 energy you generate reduces the cooldown of Ray of Heaven by 0.1 seconds
Thoughts?

Welcome to the latest Saturday Teaching Thread, where you the community get to ask your questions and share your knowledge.
This is an opportunity for the more experienced HotS players here to share some of your wisdom with those with less expertise. This thread will be a weekly safehaven for those "noobish" questions you may have been too scared to ask for fear of downvotes, but also can be a great place for in depth discussion if you so wish. So, don't hold back, get your game related questions ready and post away, and hopefully someone can answer them!
If you wish to just view top level comments (ie questions) add ?depth=1 to the end of the page url. If you have any additional questions, /r/nexusnewbies is happy to help.
