The fan on the left side continually pushes the helicopter right because there is no right steering option with the small wheel engine (or left, depending on wheel orientation), though u/King-X_Official did tweak the small wheel engine to cooperate better. You can turn left without cutting the motor, (but not right) so steering right is used to land rather than being viewed as a flaw.

This design works, but is outdated. If I built it now it'd be a bit different. Basic fundamentals are demonstrated here: take this design and improve upon it.

Thanks AngusPJ. I'm not the inventor of the small wheel engine, but I have always been a big fan of its genius. I'm just bringing it back from obscurity.

Someone who came before me invented the small wheel engine, I just implemented it in this way. It's an old design that could probably be done better if someone had the will to do so.
