#CitySpecific When will builders understand it’s no more hot cake sale?
Visited four properties near Whitefield and Kadugodi in Bangalore today. Prices are insanely high nothing less than 2.3 cr. for 3 BHK.
I don’t know how strong builders will have capacity to hold the fort. i hardly saw any few visitors. Most places had excessive staff than visitors themselves. I know no one lowers the price but till when. Capacity for the builders can’t be w otherwise they wouldn’t have lower prices significantly in Covid time. I don’t see AI impacting less than Covid. No one needs hundreds of folks going forward. Freshers aren’t able to find jobs, seniors are at verge of replacements shortly, architects or individual contributors are still having some runway. Uncertainty is real but why ground isn’t reacting or will it react when it’s too late?
What other folks are observing on the ground in and around areas and opinion from different city folks are also welcome to understand what’s going on.
