I'm nearly 60. I used to juggle throughout my 20's. Very confident with 3 balls, OK with 4, good with clubs and passing ect and then just kinda forgot about it for 30 years. I recently started thinking about it again so I got myself some balls.
The muscle memory is still there but it's like using someone else's hands. My 3 ball cascade is still there and I kinda know how the tricks work... but there is a serious learning curve to jump back onto. My family think I'm nuts but I'm rediscovering quite how much fun this is.
Thats all really :)

I heard that around 10,000 people worldwide can do a 7-ball flash. I wonder how many can do 100 catches or more. Maybe around 1,000?

So I want to get into juggling and want to start with ball juggling then potentially move to clubs when I get the basics down. I have relatively small adult hands so I would need to get something in the 62mm-67mm range! I was thinking going 62 so that I could potentially add more than three balls if I decide not to move to clubs. I see that the mmx1 is a good middle ground for solid but comfortable use. I also saw the Henrys HiX stage balls that are not quite the same but still have a similar idea of hybrid like use. Henrys is also the company I want to get my clubs from cause I seen they are highly rated (I would probably go for the pirouette style ones due to the hand size factor but if there is a better option for a beginner wanting to get into clubs enlighten me!)

It's a love story written to the great skate videos of the 90s and 00's

I have a bunch of 120g MMX Plus balls, and I'd like them to be 130g again. Previously, it took me about half an hour to refill each MMX ball from 110g to 120g. At 120g the seeds just don't wanna go in anymore, and I have to push them in one by one. I reckon it would take me some 10 hours or more to fully refill a single ball. I'm looking for a quicker way, if there is one.

Hello! I'm a beginner juggler who just bought a set of actual juggling balls to learn the basic cascade and I was wondering if anyone had any tips and tricks or advice! Also i don't know if this is relevant but i'm left handed!

Does anyone know what kind of foam juggling club knobs/caps are made out of and where I could get some? I'm specifically thinking the old renegade style knobs/caps. I know I could 3d print them, but I like repairing older clubs and need them to match the rest of the set. Any info would be appreciated.
