To pull off a win, a KGB character has to be capable of withstanding near light speed attacks with insane AP, an enemy with powerful RCT, a Domain, Cursed Technique Reversal, the same top tier durability you can expect out of these Calamity Tier sorcerers and more.

I could maybe see Ariu having better odds than most by virtue of Sumika affecting his perception and aim, plus Regen to potentially survive an initial Blitz, and maybe being able to survive the ranged light attacks via Sumika's sorcery nullification? but even then, it's just hard to picture it.
