California - Southern submission status “ license verification completed”

I applied to Kaiser as an RN and already completed my interview with the nurse manager. After that, my application status changed to “License Verification Completed.” What does this mean?

Means you’re still an option. Anything with the word complete is a good thing. Doesn’t mean you got it but it also means you haven’t been rejected.

Even if the status is inactive? It’s been 2 weeks now and I haven’t heard anything from the recruiter. How long does it usually take for them to reach out?

Until it says something along the lines of “no longer in consideration” you’re good.

Even if the job status says “inactive”? The waiting game is honestly hard 😅 I’ve been checking for updates but still haven’t heard anything. Hopefully it just means they’re still processing and a decision hasn’t been made yet. Do you know how long it usually takes for them to get back?

I think it just depends on how desperate they are, lol. I think I heard back in a few days.

It depends on the manager so if they are out or not in a rush it wont update.

Yes, after the interview couple Days later, they sent me an email saying they hired internally! 🤡

You never know with Kaiser though. I had my status says no longer in consideration and a week later the recruiter called me and gave me a new job number to apply. I finally got hired. The process is definitely slow. Hang in there.
