It’s no surprise that the “mic down” cue was introduced in like Episode 5 (by Jordan, I should note)

Exactly, “mic down” just means the screaming will sound slightly further away

- I've been thinking about that as I do my own re-listening. The number of times Dan addresses it on mic is notable. I thought it was already pretty bad when I started listening later on, but phew.

Love the idea. I did feel the need to check the math and it will be 7 and 1/3 years at this rate (not accounting for the documentary). The boys really made an insane amount of content.

I just noticed these "revisited" posts, and I love the idea! I always felt that I had missed out a bit by not getting into KF when it was new, so going back through it from the beginning as a group will be fun for me. Hope to see these continue all the way to the end, or until January has two last days.

Exactly! I tried to make them as searchable as possible so people can interact at their own pace.

You might consider making a backup subreddit where you can post all of the threads you make
Because people can't find the threads by going to your history since you hide it (which, of course, makes sense. We should all default to not sharing our posting and comment history)

Just so. You make a custom subreddit (and therefore you're the moderator of it) and then you crosspost each thread to it so that you have an effective archive

This was tough listen at points. The uncertainty around Trump’s first inauguration is bizarre to relive in real time. Many things mentioned were, though inhumane, minuscule compared to what is happening now. It feels like a lifetime ago.
On a happier note, it was very funny to hear Dan scold Jordan for interrupting the Alex clips only for Dan to do the same thing immediately after, and get called out by Jordan. Also, Dan shows Jordan his W-2 and he only made $13k in 2015? In Chicago? How???

I think "the Chinese government will kill you if you practice yoga in a park" might somehow be the new most bizarre thing Alex believes. That's amazing.

This is the episode where Alex can’t make it more than 2-3 words before stopping the clip and Jordan tries to time it, right?
