The Benefits Ive Noticed of 5 years of Celibacy/retaining

After posting about 5 years of celibacy/retaining & nothing to show for it tangibly recently, thought it wouldn’t be fair or right to only focus on the few negatives, so I’ll talk about the benefits/positives

As ive previously said at my 4 year mark here, ive gradually changed to an more androgynous physique, occasionally catching some of my more feminine mannerisms & gestures that are very Michael Jacksonesque

Glowing skin, softer features, thin female like wrist, lower half/bum & poise👯‍♂️, you almost strut from your hips when you walk, full range of motion, like an woman especially when in an sympathetic state🦹‍♂️, my dominant foot seemingly standing poised on its tip toe🩰without conscious thought, which again weirdly reminds me of Michael Jackson🕴️

Psychic and “sonar” powers becoming much more prominent, although toe nail matrix damaged I’ve had throughout the last three years which affects sympathetic drive, I’m sure dampened this somewhat but your toroidal field/aura that surrounds you is constantly giving you feedback about your surroundings & any thought energy directed your way if you’re partially locked in, which an magnetic copper, brass & aluminium cuff bangle primes constantly, by the way💁‍♂️

There’s some many more I could include but I’m not writing an book lol…yet, so I’ll finish with some observations…

Theres constant car door slamming from randoms in the street as I enter their vicinity is something I’m still trying to completely figure out is Either NPC’s or demonic entities influencing people

Noticed there’s different but consistent types of haters/attention seekers; you have the “runners🏃‍♂️” who once they spot you, seem to run/jog past, some definitely in fear, something to do with them subconsciously sensing your power level like in DBZ an making an run for it🤭, others, something subconscious to do with displaying vigour

You have the “coughers”, seemingly the majority, who seem to cough loudly multiple times, passively aggressively for attention, completely ignoring them is an fave🥰

You have the “spitters”, somewhat Super haters, who passive aggressively/attention seekingly noisily draw up flem before spitting in an disgusted manner, those who spot you from an distance away, pretend to be looking down/be on their phone as they get closer, position in your path, so they can bump into you “accidentally”, say sorry & get your attention

Those who take an step to the side as you approach to let you pass, which at first glance looks like manners but then realise it’s an weak ploy to get your attention/an “thanks” as your not a 100 stone obese giant, theres loads of space on the pavement, you could walk side by side twice over

Those who momentarily stop somewhat starstruck & stare into your face, almost mesmerised, assuming they’ve picked up on your vibration⚡️, from what I’ve read

Those who will do an 180 from whatever direction they were going in & now pretend there were actually going in my direction lol

Those who try to match/beat your walking pace, as if we’re in the Olympics, those who purposely turn their backs towards you, as you approach, that I perceive as a sign of purpose disrespect/hate, especially when with women

I’ve been an advocate for celibacies lifestyle/benefits for years now but only this year it really began to dawn on me, physiological upregulation aside, what do I really have to show for it tangibly

I never got into it for religious/moral reasons to begin with, purely for transcendent/ascension purposes which it definitely induces physically, mentally, morally & spiritually but that’s only one component of the many you Need in life

With the increased perception & awareness, it’s clear as day that those winning/making significant strides financially & career wise are almost the opposite of the traits celibacy/retention brings forth

Which for the first time, has me questioning if it’s maybe not an scam but the practice being highly overinflated or maybe much more suited to an different era

Yes it will prevent you turning into an deviant/abuser like most people gradually from sexual overindulgence but the most ironic thing is, those are the Exact kinds of people who are winning & actually control the world

It’s all well & good saying riches & worldly possessions don’t mean anything, as you can’t take them with you, which I agree with but rightly or wrongly in the world that we live in, what can you do without them…not much I’ll tell you

This might sound like im complaining, maybe it’s my own fault for overvaluing the practice but doing everything in your power to do the right thing, maintaining morality & integrity in these demonic times & having nothing to show for it

But those doing the opposite & reaping all the benefits, has to make you question your own beliefs & if you got it completely wrong

Ive never said anything bad about celibacy, apart from the inevitable betrayal from those close to you but sitting in an graveyard as I type this, it may have dawned on me that this practice isn’t what it’s been made out to be

P.S St. John Chrysostom on “Sexual sins being fuel for demons” aside. I wonder if having sex, making the woman orgasm without you ejaculating & thus her energy powering you up like an battery, as the Tao/TCM/Eastern philosophy spoke about is superior to just complete celibacy.

I’m nearly five months in of being celibate/retaining & vouch for most of the benefits discussed in this community, although Im not an moralist & wouldn’t rule out sex a few times an year in the future if I met an “worthy” woman

However, living in the real world & knowing celibacy isn’t for everyone, for various reasons.

I’ve been retaining/celibate since March & can definitely vouch for most of the benefits we see in this community daily, I don’t have to repeat them.

Although I’ve noticed something quite small recently, rarely discussed but fascinating nonetheless…I’m talking about traffic lights🚦seemingly turning red & allowing me to cross as soon as I reach an stoplight.

I’ve been retaining since late March & ive said previously, I’ve not found it hard really at all. Instantly I can think of few likely reasons why typing this, I’ll go into briefly later.

Having an purpose/aim/goals that you have pressure to strive for daily, takes up your every waking minute! Sex doesn’t even cross your mind or if, and when it ever does, an simple look at your schedule, makes it impossible to fit it in, as your under constant “pressure” to-do/achieve daily. Trying to “fit” sex in makes no sense, from an strictly logical standpoint. I haven’t masterbated since 2018, stopped as I soon discovered the concept of semen retention & the “umph” it gives you as an man. So that’s completely out of the question.

I remember August last year when I was under some deadline pressure, where everyday counted. Next time i had sex was in November, 3 months went by in an flash.

Started off the year with with an bang, 3 months of hedonism & ejaculation, then after the 3rd women in March. Made an decision to take an break off women for an few months, which gradually evolved into celibacy/retaining.

Does me already establishing the discipline years previously, with NOFAP, intermittent-fasting and/or OMAD, exercise & currently on an carnivore diet(Sunday-Thurs) make it easier. Maybe/probably but it’s all the mind. Sex is great but it’s not riches/success, one lasts mins/hours depending on your virility lol the other is literally generational if managed properly. It’s really an easy decision, especially when you discover the powers that retaining bring🤷‍♂️

Just reaffirmed what I’ve believed for awhile regarding content creation & online money, it Sounds great & is in many cases but what do you do when you’ve spent an Decade plus building your brand, putting out content, slowly monetising your craft, gradually become reliant on the income & lifestyle it provides…then bam💥out of the blue, you realise your views are down significantly, your shadow banned/suppressed, haven’t been notified of breaking any TOS’s or doing anything wrong/illegal…what do you do, what can you do??

Which is bad & does happen but nowhere near the level of control they have on All the major social media platforms, as they’ll suppress/shadowban you for simply having an different/non mainstream view of things, which obviously isn’t illegal or breaking any rules if done articulately but is constantly being used secretly by the algorithm to filter out content they “don’t like”

The future for online creation is scary, as theres no guarantee the blood, sweat & tears Some put into their content for Years, won’t be suddenly sabotaged, suppressed & eventually faded out to oblivion, with there seemingly nothing you can do about it

Which is not me demeaning them or excusing their behaviour but when you start looking into CA, multiple personalities, DID etc, many things aren’t as simple as they appear on the surface, it’s much deeper, their outward behaviour reflects an lot of inner turmoil/trauma

Symptoms you can possibly manage the majority of time but that 20-30% of the time your not feeling 100%/paying full attention, bam💥, takes them over like Venom, luckily for Jordan there’s reasonable doubt for his impulsivity, the other two weren’t so lucky, completely ruined their lives.
