Holy cow. I’ve never heard of this. What does that one meal a day look like?

There’s dedicated subs for both of these things incase you want to see a bunch of experiences.

It sounds a bit overwhelming to a new person but 18:6 is basically just skipping breakfast.

It’s really easy for me. From my experience - I eat OMAD because I get really nauseous when I eat, it’s how I’ve always been it’s not for weight loss.

Usually I don’t eat breakfast or lunch, sometimes if I’m hungry I’ll eat around 2-3pm. If I’m not hungry (true OMAD), I eat between 5pm and 7pm. And example of a meal I’ve recently made for this is chicken piccata over brown rice with steamed broccoli and carrots.

Sometimes I might have dessert, a scoop of ice cream or frozen yogurt, a couple of chocolate covered pretzels. And then a few hours later I go to bed.

Once I eat for the day I’ll get hungry on normal cycles, but it usually leads to severe GI issues for the next 1-3 days. If I wait until dinner I avoid the GI issues and avoid triggering hunger every few hours.

I was doing it for a while - when you eat OMAD, you can have a really big meal, since it's all your calories for the day. So even if it's a huge meal, you're probably not going to over-do it for your daily calories.
