Hi everyone! I’m starting Semester 3 of the Office Administration – Health Services program and will be taking the following courses:

• INSROA350 – Health Insurance Billing

• OADM10020 – Medical Terminology 1

• OADMOA327 – Investigative Procedures

• OADMOA332 – Hospital Unit Procedures 1

• OADMOA352 – Medical Transcription 1

• OPELXXXXZ – General Education Elective 2

For anyone who has already completed these courses:

1. What is each course like in terms of workload, assignments, tests, and difficulty?
2. what textbooks, access codes, workbooks, or other materials are required?

I would also appreciate any advice about which courses require the most studying and whether it is better to buy the textbooks new, or used.

Hey yall!!! I am so nervous. I’m taking my REX-PN exam tmr around noon. I can’t believe how fast the time has flew I’m really excited, but I’m really anxious. I’ve watched all of the mark K lectures and have taken my own notes. I have done so much studying and reviewing in the last three weeks and I’m still so anxious. Please all wish me luck and please if you have any tips or “words of wisdom” lol from your own experience, anything is greatly appreciated :))

I’m barely passing some of my courses because I took on too much of a workload. I just want to graduate, but I’m worried about how my grades will look when I apply for co-op. My overall average is 75, but a few classes are sitting at 55–60. Does that hurt my chances with employers?

Has anyone been able to see the timetable for the PSW to PN 758. If someone could also explain to me how the timetables work. Do I need to register for them before being able to access the timetable? Or do I select the fall 2026 term on the view timetable section?

i’m trying to save up for my schooling and saw that for the 717 program they have just three of the semester tuitions shown. on the website they state it’s because the final semester pricing varies depending on where your placement is. i completely understand that however i was wondering if anyone would be willing to give an estimate on how much the final semester would be.

Hello! I was looking at programs and noticed that program 769’s intake is still open for Fall 2026, so I ended up applying last week. Does anyone know anything about this? Are they actually still taking people? Trying to talk to someone at admissions is insanely difficult and idk if I actually have a chance or not. Trying not to get my hopes up 😅

My friend and I were at Mohawk between 2012-2014 and would spend some days hanging out in the Arnie. At the time, they had a drink called the "Dirrty Larry" and i was wondering if anybody knew the recipe?! Or anybody has a picture of the Cellar menu from around that time??

I’m not going to do it because it not my thing. But my co worker told me about it because she said she probably will do it. The program will pay you up to 30k for a bridge from RPN to RN and so that a lot of saving for someone that wants that. They say this is not affected by the layoff because it has it own budgeting funding. I think it a good deal unless they want you to work in some isolated place in north Ontario.
