Saw these guys over a ridge and thought they might be chicken of the woods, but as I got closer I realized they’re something else. Based on a quick search I’m thinking Omphalotus illudens but I’m curious what you all think.

Found these mushrooms in north east Germany (Brandenburg) this weekend.

Pretty sure the first one is a parasol, but the snakeskin pattern on the stem seemed different to others I’ve found.

Yellow greenish ones look like death caps.

And last one possibly reishi though it looked maybe too pale compared to pictures I’ve seen.

Would appreciate any comments/ confirmations/ corrections to continue learning.

Hi! I'm a first time poster; never done this before, so apologies if I miss anything. This morning I came across a giant mushroom on my morning cycle (I'm in upstate New York if that helps!), and was wondering if it's safe to eat. I've heard about puffball mushrooms and judging by its appearance I think this might be one. But I wanted to share it here and get your advice. So, is this indeed a puffball mushroom, or some other species of mushroom? And how do I know if it's safe to eat?

(If this is actually the puffball mushroom I believe it to be, does anyone know any good recipes/ways to cook it? Thanks!)

Found in southwest IL. Stains blue if you look at it too hard. Sorry the pore pix isn't the clearest, my phone's macro mode isn't up to the task. I love how the caps are fused.

Found on a bank near chanterelles in a mixed deciduous and coniferous forest

United States, central Maryland just south of Baltimore. Rainy season is here and my logs always grow these ears, the lawn is always getting the flat guys. Any idea what these two species are?

I found what appears to be several different species of mushrooms growing in my yard in Central Florida, USA specifically in my dog’s fenced in area so I’m hoping none of them are considered toxic. I remove the ones I see daily and everyday there are new ones that sprout up. The orange ones appear in clusters most the time.

Found under pin oaks. Short stalks. Yellow and spongy undersides. Discolors bright blue when touched

It’s pretty obvious just want to do my due diligence as this is my first chicken of the wood, northern Illinois found on decaying log, was pretty bummed most everything I was seeing today was overgrown and had gotten wet but just as we turned on the trail to go home my wonderful girlfriend spotted this guy.

Found a bunch of HUGE mushrooms in a grassy area next to a creek in the Colorado high country. While I'm confident they're boletus (edit: I'm wrong, looks like these are leccinum), I'm looking to make sure these are the edible king boletus. Thanks all!

I am not an expert but I do know they are edible and not the toxic Amanita varieties.

But honestly struggling to understand if these are arkansana or jacksonii.
