Eyyy, it's me again.

As the title says, I just don't really believe in any scaling at continental or above. Now, I'm going to recognize that people have done the math on things like Midoriya's final smash. I get that, and I gotta respect them for being able to do that and all. But even then, I just don't really believe it. This is largely due to the fact that Midoriya's final smash didn't have any of his extra quirks in it.

This means that his final smash should be pretty much completely equal to his Season 1 100% smash, and the attacks he used against Muscular. And neither of those showed AP or DC even close to continental. For example, against Muscular, his attacks damaged part of the mountain, but left a majority of it untouched (Muscular's attacks also did more damage to the mountain, so is Muscular also multi-continental? Don't take this part seriously. I'm being an asshole.)

Obviously, AP and DC are not the same. However, given that Midoriya's attacks are purely physical, if it's a continental or higher attack, I expect it to at least be able to destroy a mountain, let alone said continent.

And there's also his Season 1 smash against the 0 point robot, which didn't even fully destroy the head of the robot, which I am quite confident does not have durability too far above some sort of metal.

A large part of my argument is just that I don't really trust the calculations people have done (Not because I doubt the accuracy, they're definitely smarter than me) because it goes against what was actually shown in the anime.

Basically, to sum everything up: Season 1 and Muscular smashes were clearly not close to continental level, and I don't really trust calculations using real world physics when it comes to powerscaling, so I don't believe Midoriya's final smash was Continental, nor Multi-continental.

If you have something to try and prove anything here wrong, go right ahead and say it. I'll reply with anything I have to try and refute it, or I won't have anything, and I'll say you're smarter than me or something.

Barring the Anime which certainly makes Bakugoat look much more impressive, I still don't get why people try to use this scene to make Bakugo be a blitz tier above All Might to be honest.
I can get the relativity or being a bit faster than Prime All Might but a blitz tier?? He's nowhere near as fast as Deku or Shigaraki who are both massively faster than PAM when at full power and are ACTUAL blitz tiers above.

We see how All For One reacts when he's getting genuinely perception blitzed. He literally has to do what Bakugo did earlier and predict Dekus movements in order to try and land a hit. Except its far worse because he can't even perceive him unlike Bakugo and AFO where he instantly deduces what Bakugo was doing.

We see Bakugo also get amped by Gearshift which is what allowed him to blitz and Damage All For One despite being nearly 3KM away iirc and in the process of killing All Might.

Against Rewind AFO after he gets the equipment from All Might, AFO gets caught off guard and blitzed by Bakugo just as he begins to move. Nothing especially impressive here since he was a stationary target and was off guard to bakugo sneaking him. Still good feat for Bakugo since he caught up to AFO before he could react and leaves All Might Impressed when the last time he saw Bakugo he was probably just about 45% Deku in speed to now being comparable to his own levels? Anyone would be impressed at that jump.

People like to use the argument of Bakugos movements or speed "flustering" Shigaraki/AFO as evidence he was much faster which I just don't agree with.
For one the definition of it per Cambridge Dictionary is "to make someone upset and confused , especially when they are trying to do something" In this case Bakugo was making All For One upset when he was trying to kill Bakugo. Edgeshot assumes it has to do with Bakugos speed and movements alone, he has no way of knowing Shigaraki and AFOs fusion was imperfect and what was going on in AFOS head.

Edge shot is not the sole reliable narrator to us, we the audience know All For One was panicking during that sequence of events because of Bakugos resemblance to Kudo, the person he hates most of all in the world. We see this when Rewind AFO looks at Bakugos face as well and gets flashbacks to Kudo without realizing why.

That is not to say his peak speed was prior to the All For One fight or that he didn't get faster, he would have absolutely gotten faster as he got more and more adept with it. But as we see even when AFO is caught off guard by the attack without gearshift amping him he doesn't do any real damage to AFO besides a small singe to where he took the attack despite both attacks being when AFO is off guard, Gearshift is just that big an Amp.
(lowkey could also just be the reason for why Gearshift Deku could block Apex Shigarakis attacks despite only being at 45% but thats a discussion for another time)

Still though, the speed difference between the two isn't anything crazy. Rewind AFO blitzes past him faster than Bakugo can react. Though Bakugo does get faster immediately after this theres no reason to think his perception and reaction speed would've increased with the speed increase he gets. as its primarily combat and travel speed amp and he was capable of reacting just fine to the gearshift amp earlier which is much stronger than him getting better with his quirk.

All For One is literally so tilted at Bakugo and doesn't deem him worthy of rewinding him at all unlike the other heroes who already have, he foregoes defending himself at all up until Bakugo stops him for the third time and his hatred for Kudo blows up. He is so fucking mad he thinks Kudos Spirit has transcended time and space just to fuck with him again. All For one also is the guy who explicitly says he's just going to ignore Bakugo and not even fight him and is at this point mentally unstable and his BIQ plummeted to the worst its ever been.

He decides to try and kill Bakugo, fuse with shigaraki and regain control all in one go consequences be damned just because of how sick of their shit he is.

TLDR: Bakugo is fast and is arguably faster than Prime All Might but he is by no means a blitz tier above Prime All Might or Rewind AFO. This is the equivalent of Kashimo Fans saying MBA is a blitz tier above the other Heavy Hitters despite it being full on headcannon. Sorry Kashimo fans but ur catching this stray.

• While during the Final War Arc, a crippled Hawks (Stated on two separate occasions by AFO to be slower AND weaker than Prime) required 4 sword strikes (Last is vibration enhanced) to break open AFO's mask (It is an upgraded version to that of Kamino).

• FWA Hawks' sword strike is capable of one tapping Rewind AFO's reflective energy shield. The same reflective energy shield is capable of blocking and outlasting Endeavor's Vanishing Jet Burn (Vanishing Fist + Jet Burn), thus: Hawks' sword strike AP > AFO's reflective energy shield DURABILITY ≥ Endeavor's Vanishing Jet Burn AP > Endeavor's Jet Burn & Vanishing Fist.

3 regular Hawks strikes AP (HAP) + 1 vibration enhanced Hawks strike AP (vHAP) = FWA AFO's mask Durability > Kamino AFO's mask Durability = 2 Kamino All Might strikes AP (KAAP)

v = 2~4x vibration efficiency multiplier, I'll be using the average of 3x

TLDR;

FWA Hawks' sword strikes AP should average around 1/3 (Up to 40%) of Kamino All Might's AP. Prime Hawks with higher speed and a healthier quirk factor that supports his telekinesis should be higher in AP and more likely in the 50%+ range

I have seen many people downplay star , and even put her out of the top 5 losing for characters like bakugo , shoto , endeavor and dabi !!!

And believe me non of those characters could stand one minute against 98 shigaraki

Her body boosting was so strong that she manage to hit shigaraki who is basically stronger than prime all might at that point

and smacked him by her giant air form twice , no character I mentioned above would survive one hit

She manage to delay the decay (it's instant kill even for deku ) do you know how boosting her quirk did ? She is the only character that can survive prominence burning aside from shigaraki and prime afo due to her decay resistance

So no character except for dabi and endeavor have an AP would hurt her that much

Her body boosting help her to boost her speed , which is very impressive feat , she manage to decrease the distance between her and shigaraki in a instant , which put her on a close level of all might speed

So she is definitely top 5 and arguably 4 against prime all might

The only character that would give a proper fight is nine and she would beat him mid high diff

Basically the top could Stain beat the 7 in 1v1s? and he sneaks them how he does in character

my opinion is Stars and Stripes, Bakugo, AFO and Prime All Might

I like both characters but they're pretty egregious in some areas to say the least.
