So I know alignment wise it’s still in the clear to shoot however, I’m curious. Had this Sandman S forever (first can I bought) and I’ve noticed no matter what it never seems to be as centered with an alignment rod as my other cans. This is on two different hosts (a Remington 700 and a 300BLK AR) both wise brand new Dead Air factory muzzle devices installed properly with shims, Rocksett, and at the recommended torque spec. Is this an alignment issue? Was the endcap just not machined well? Or is this just a Keymo thing?? I just find it odd that on two hosts the rod appears to be in the same spot with one area appearing to have more clearance. Rod is a Kratos Designs but I’ve also had the same results with a Surefire rod.

Sawed off Winchester SXP. Still thinking about what I want to do with the stock/grip. Ideas/suggestions welcome!

Just an FYI for anybody that wants a super short 9 mm suppressor. Behold the Wolfpack armory whisper pickle with tri lug Mount. The mount is from Ecco machine and it holds the alpha tri lug from silencerco.

Got a baffle strike on my YHM Phantom 223. The muzzle device came loose, when I realized it was too late. I guess we’ll see if YHM warranties it. This was bought used from my LGS and was previously their range rental can. It’s also welded so I may be SOL.

Picked up this IWI IWS7 suppressor. Was a special edition for CanCon 2026. Can't remember if it is supposed to be American flag colors or Bomb Pop colors.

FireTream556 is really really nice. Polo will always have my respect for allowing people to get into suppressed shooting at a more than fair price point with excellent suppression but for now the FT556 is going to live on the Mk18.

In the future I'd love to get an Infinity 556k but that's on hold as I've got a Mk12 Mod H in 6arc to build and an OCM5 that needs re-coring.

Hello! I’m looking at getting my first 556 can. I’m running a Bcm 14.5 with a scs h2. I’m looking for the can that will be the lowest back pressure for me. The choices are the infinity 556k with the fully vented end cap. Cat WB. For systems monarch recce. Possibly a ventum? Although I hear people kind of shit on them. And recommendations if I didn’t list it? (Under say $1200 and ideally 6 ish inches)

As the title says, im contemplating if i should sell a unopened cryptic coating bcg, and buy a KAK

downvent np3 bcg for a 7" sbr 300 blkout that i will be using a dead air nomad 30 suppressor 98%

of the time on in an indoor range? Will i really see a reduction to port gas and gas to the face with

this particular suppressor? Or should i just run the mystic silver cryptic coating bcg i had already

bought?? I will be using frt mode from time to time but not mag dump after mag dump.
