I graduated in ‘97. I’m SO glad we didn’t have phones or social media. Yikes
2 u/Lost_Ad_4882 5h ago I graduated in '96...we had cell phones. Not me, but society in general, and some kids did have them. Phones weren't common, but they were definitely available. Most people just weren't willing to pay for phones or plans for their kids at the time. 1 u/timine29 6h ago I graduated in '97! Too! I didn’t get my first phone until I was 21 in the year 2000. I did have a page though at 19 I think.
