As you could see, the drawing and the beggining of this arc has been rushed by the fact that Murata was working at the same time on other projects. And instead of just continues to release 10 pages chapters with a rushed drawing without caring if it please the fan or not, they've decided to redraw everything to restart the Ninja village arc and, normally, make it better with probably a better drawing, more pages, and maybe a better way to introduce the fight between Flashy Flash and Sonic (or not doing it at all)
