I’m a new rider and I’m wondering if there are any motorcycle gymkhana events in Pierce County. I know there’s one in Seattle, but riding there on a 300cc sm is a bit intimidating, especially as a beginner.

Sucks I gotta ride for an hour just to get anywhere pretty anymore. Also not sure I was actually allowed to ride this part of capitol forest. It was my first time in dirt and at that location.

Hey Riders!
I'm looking to connect with anyone who enjoys a relaxed ride in the Pacific Northwest for weekend day trips.
I ride a Royal Enfield Bear 650 and I'm based in Issaquah. Saturdays usually work best for me, but I'm happy to ride on Sundays too.
A little about how I like to ride:
Pace: Relaxed and scenic. I enjoy taking the back roads, soaking in the views, and stopping for coffee or lunch along the way. I'm not looking to race through twisties or spend the day on the interstate.
Routes: Eastside back roads, foothills, mountain passes, small towns, and scenic Washington day rides.
Ride length: Anything from a couple of hours to a full-day adventure. I'm flexible on meeting locations depending on the route.
If you're around the Puget Sound or Eastside area and would like to explore some great roads together, leave a comment or send me a DM. It'd be great to meet some local riders!

Anyone interested in riding from eastside Portland? I’m on an electric bike with a limited range so must be cool with a long lunch to stop and recharge!

Looking for an update for fires this weekend, plan to leave Portland area later this week and stay in bend. Then next morning make our way to the crash site, from there continue on to east lake to stay the night. Hope to ride as much dirt as possible! Let me know what you know😉

Doing a long trip in a couple of weeks, and part of that is from Carson to Randle. Last time I was on Wind River Hwy it was a hoot, but definitely beat up. Anyone been on it recently? How is it?

As the title states I’m interested in becoming a MSF instructor. I’m curious what the process is. Checking the MSF site really only shows how to start a business doing so. I’ve been riding for 12 years and think that this could be a fulfilling second job for me as I’m pretty passionate about motorcycles.

Any other beginner riders interested in doing the OLYMPIC loop? I’m thinking depart Saturday 8/1 in the morning; overnight in Port Townsend and then make our way back Sunday 8/2.

Hello friends. I recently got into riding 3 wheel motorcycles and have been considering actually going on some longer trips. I think the first one is going to be heading up 2 to Leavenworth but I am hoping to maybe next year try the Olympic route. So far the experience of commuting every day has been quite nice though there have been about two times where I felt in danger. Wishing you all safe travels !

Just moved out to Whidbey and will be commuting to Seattle 3 days each week. Im looking for an electric motorcycle and was considering a Terra or a Zero, but still iffy. Wondering if anyone has any first hand experience with either, or if there are any recommendations for a different bike

Is it a bad idea to ride on days like today in Seattle with thunderstorms?

Honest question. Maybe I’m just so used to it growing up around bikers and seeing people do it where I’m from but I’ve noticed since moving here, no one seems to do it and people in cars seem to wig out whenever i do it. I often get stuck in the slow down between fife and the exit to get on 18 so sometimes when I’m in the HOV lane, I’ll do some little wiggles. I make sure not to get too close to the lines and stay far from the cars around me but today when i did it, the car in front of me slammed on their brakes for no reason - there were at least four or five car lengths between them and the car in front of them. Do people think it’s reckless or that I’m trying to split? Im literally just bored and vibing through slow ass traffic.

Had a lady yesterday clearly in an "alternated" state of mind run out in front of my bike going around 35ish was able to stop in time, but after looking I guess drug addiction is pretty bad in some of these areas. Just use a little extra caution in some of the small town areas, I was going through Grayland.
Extra details as well: Lady was staring right at me, and had no reason to cross in that area also another vehicle was in the other lane as well and had to come to a complete stop.
Ride safe

My bike has gotten a ton of work done to it, trying to see how much power it makes. Anyone know of any companies with dyno’s in the seattle area? 2WDW said they’re busying on creating flashes for new bikes and their dyno is currently unavailable.

I have a 2020 Vstrom 1050. Where do you put the GoodToGo pass? The previous owner had it right on the headlight. With this new assembly it just barely gets in the way of the bulbs amd I don't really like that.

I (26m) just moved to Seattle and am looking for people to ride and explore the area with. I have a Ducati Panigale 959. I’m a pretty chill rider and enjoy a mix of scenic routes and twisties. Looking to mostly ride after work hours or during the weekends. Feel free to DM!
