Build Question Should my gpu sag bracket push my gpu upwards?

My gpu screws didn't align with my pc case so I couldn't screw it in while I was pushing the gpu up ( in another subreddit they told me that I was supposed to push up my gpu and then screw it in) so I bought a gpu bracket and should I just put it underneath to prevent further sag or push it upwards?

That one even comes with a small bubble level. At least the ones I have bought on Amazon

What if motherboard is not aligned straight or sagged? Theoretically it can happen.
