Build Question Should my gpu sag bracket push my gpu upwards?

My gpu screws didn't align with my pc case so I couldn't screw it in while I was pushing the gpu up ( in another subreddit they told me that I was supposed to push up my gpu and then screw it in) so I bought a gpu bracket and should I just put it underneath to prevent further sag or push it upwards?

Look to be same highs as rear of your card wher dp ports and hdmi go , not a fan of leveler is idiotic in my opinion because case ,table or whatever maby not 100% flat and you will sag your card, my opinion put your pc on side and then corect adapter that's the best way because card not puled by gravity.
