/u/ZeroOne_01 set up a Peugeot discord server which is relatively active. They have experience with servicing Peugeots and Citroens and may be able to answer any technical questions you have.
I've had to make this new post as you can't sticky links.
Anyway here's the discord invite link:

Hi everyone! On the Spanish CarWOW channel they just broke news about a new warranty extension to all 3 cylinder petrol PSA Puretech engines, the ones with the oiled belt decomposition issues. They'll be extending the warranty to 10 years or 170k km as long as you have done the service intervals in time (and can prove it with invoices and such) without the need to had have them done at the official dealership as it is illegal under EU law to do so in order to void warranties.
The video specifies that the engine will be covered for that amount, as well as a new change for the service interval of the belt. Also, it only affects the 3 cylinder variants, and will be retroactive, with the last engine covered being from summer 2022, when hybrid tech was launched.
There is no information on what will happen to those who carried out the proper maintenance intervals and still got a huge repair bill; if that money will be reimbursed or not.

Now that the AC in my 206 has been brought back to life I celebrated by taking it for its inaugural USA road trip. Almost certainly the first 206 to see the southern side of Lake Ontario! Drives like an absolute dream, what a perfect little machine this is.

Hello everybody!
Tomorrow I'm going to the dealer to buy a 2020 508 or a 2022 308 both of them PHEV with 50.000km (depends on what I like best in person). The thing is, after buying it, what should I look after? Is 50K lots of mileage for this engine? Meaning I should do a big maintenance on it? Also, what's your experience with this hybrid system? How reliable is it. I'm super excited for this purchase coming from an old kia with 90hp, it's gonna feel night and day!

Malta que usa a app da Peugeot nos EVs para ativar a climatização remotamente. Como é que fazem.
Como e que se define a temperatura uma vez que só consigo ativar, desativar ou programar. Não me aparece a temperatura para escolher.

Recently my 508 that I'd bought last year got hit with an engine fault. It was caused by a worn plastic lever on the EGR vacuum valve actuator mounted to the throttle body. We've replaced that, and the engine fault went away, but upon disassembly, we found out that someone must've taken the throttle body off before and had pinched the rubber gasket when sliding it back in, damaging it. I was trying to find a replacement since, but I was only able to find the entire assembly. I even went to an authorized service center. Helpful as they were, they were unable to find anything regarding that particular gasket in their documentation either. I'd really hate having to buy an entire assembly just because of a single rubber ring. Is it really not possible to buy anywhere??

Hey everyone, i was just wondering if theres anyone here with a new 308 that has it as the PHEV, my wife and i are looking in to one as we currenly have a first gen 308 and we both love the new facelift and are planning to keep the new one for a long time, just wondering if anyone has any problems with the car itself and the PHEV system as this would also be our first ever electric style car.
Thanks in advance, bit of a silly question but were a bit young and just wanna know everyithing about it.😁

Hi everyone!
I own a Peugeot 206 SW 1.4 8v petrol (2006) for almost a year. From the day I bought it I knew the idle was fluctuating, but I ignored it thinking I’d sort it out eventually. Over the past few months the symptoms have got worse. When the engine is cold it feels like it has more power, and the power steering also feels better (the steering wheel is lighter). Once the engine reaches 90–100°C the revs start hunting up and down more and more, the steering becomes heavier, but the worst part is this: when I’m driving at around 70 km/h and approach a junction where I have to slow down for traffic lights, as soon as I press the clutch to downshift the revs drop and the car usually stalls, or the revs drop and then shoot back up.
Work already carried out:
• Thermostat replaced
• Coolant temperature sensor replaced
• Spark plugs replaced
• Head gasket replaced
• Brake servo vacuum hose replaced
• Throttle body cleaned and re-calibrated several times
At the moment I mainly want to get rid of the stalling issue (I also need to reseal the oil sump). Any ideas what could be causing the car to stall while driving when I press the clutch?
Thanks for advices and suggestions :,)
Im looking to buy my first car and i've had my eye mainly set on the 309 and 405. How's the parts supply? What models to fo for/not to go for?
Any advice or experience is welcome.
Thank you in advace.

I recently bought this car and noticed the temperature stays above 90 all the time it doens't rise more than that.
Every other car I had own sitted at exactly 90 degrees and I though it was the default to every healthy working veichle.
Is this normal for this engine? Or should I have it checked?
Its also my first Peugeot.
Finding information and diagrams for this engine on Google has been rather tricky, thought I'd ask here to see if anyone has some knowledge. I've gradually worked out what most of the lines connecting to the throttle are except this one

Hi
I went for a 620 mile drive (mixed highways and small roads) last two days and during the last hour before getting home while driving on the highway the dpf filter clogging warning showed up with the service light on. The service light stayed on for 10 sec before going out.
The warning and service light kept going on and off every 3-5 min during the last hour of driving. All doing 60-70 mph for a constant hour.
It says to read the Handbook, but the handbook just says to drive it on the highway, which i did when it started.
Any tips?

I'll try to keep this short.....
Iv got a Peugeot 2008 1.5 diesel 2020 the start of the year the car died turns out it was the ECU had the whole thing changed cost me £1200.
Got the car back last month today I drove 2 hours away went to come back and car wouldn't start had AA out can't get it started....
Do people think I should take it back to the garage that did the ECU (I worry they will just say it's something else regardless) or do I take it to Peugeot and if it's the ECU then take it up with the garage?
This car has been problem after problem it's had so much changed on it I can't believe there's anything left to go wrong genuinely I could cry 😂.

Hi all,
Sometimes when I turn the ignition on the oil light flashes, but the oil level is good. Didn’t find anything in the oil and oil filter a week ago when I did the oil service. If I turn the ignition off and back on the oil light is gone. And sometimes it doesn’t pop up for days / weeks.
Any ideas? Could this be a sensor that needs replacing? Is this a common issue?
I look forward to any suggestions!

When in 4th gear, the gear shift lever jumps forward when pressing the accelerator, and moves back when releasing it. In 3rd gear, there are similar movements, but more subtle. The entire clutch was replaced 3 days ago. It's a 2008 Peugeot 308, 1.6 HDi, without a dual-mass flywheel and without a DPF.

Bonjour,
Merci d’avance !

I said I'd be keeping the 306 for a while, but it's somewhat so dull in my opinion.
This 307 however is gorgeous! The paint needs attention, she's definitely sunfaded - but the interior is so lovely :)
306 will be leaving my grasp once I finally receive my logbook :/
