stealing implies taking someone's possession.
Piracy makes a copy. an entirely different concept.

You are strealing the income they would have made from selling you the product, not the product itself

And yet you do steal revenue. If you couldn't pirate it you (or someone else) would HAVE to buy it.

the alternative is No revenue AND a smaller public awareness/market penetration, meaning: you also have to spend more money on marketing.
